My first stay here
The only thing is all the room smoke free. I had to keep walking up and down the stairs. And i wish i had more days to relax here. We enjoyed ourselves.

This hotel was dirty there was black mold is the restroom. Office was always closed, keys always didn’t work and office was close so I always had to wait .

The carpet is disgusting Very filthy I had to put blanket on the floor to walk on I could the dirt on my feet after walking on the carpet I have stayed in some pretty low end motels but never in one that had no ice !!! Ridiculous And no blow dryer !! Also ridiculous. You think people would rather iron their clothes than blow dry their hair?? Really !! Also did not feel safe walking to my car a night past groups of men smoking I am single middle ge women Was very disappointed in the stay. Left 3 days early

Dont waste your money
The room is outdated and carpets and floors are dirty and sticky. People talking and arguing half the night. No lobby or breakfast services. Roaches in bathroom. Hanging shelves falling apart, furniture breaking or in sad shape.

I didn't like that they took a hundred huge security deposit out of my credit card on check-in. There was nobody 😔 n duty at checkout so hope that gets reversed like promised.

This place is very nice. Comparable to staying in a Marriott or Hilton. Customer Service is friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and nice. Close to shopping and restaurants galore.

The room itself looked very clean, dust free etc. But we noticed immediately that our feet turned black when walking barefoot on the wood floors. So that says the cleaning crew do not mop or mop often. Woke up in the middle of the night and found a German cockroach running across the bathroom sink. The idea of extended stay is good, but when a microwave is nearly rusted all the way through...it cannot be deemed safe. They really need to renovate the kitchen and bathroom. They are old. The door to the garbage cabinet was falling off the henges. The main problem is level of loudness. The doors to rooms slam and the walls shake. People smoke on the outside balcony and the A/C units suck the smoke in. When people above you walk, it's LOUD!

Very expensive and way overpriced for what it is on a football weekend. If it had been just a regular day—probably would have been a quarter of the price! The room is so dated and worn, many live-in residents. Our friend’s room reeked of cigarettes! I would definitely NOT. Recommend for a regular traveler

The a/c was leaking onto the carpet and it was soaking wet which caused the room to smell. The shower was also leaking all night. The staff was very friendly

We had two rooms. Both smelled stale and one of them had horrible carpet with stains and what appeared to be gum; and 1/2 painted walls. Beds were comfortable.
