The check in did not happen because I booked, and when I showed they told me it was overbooked and needed to talk to Expedia about the “error”. The manager had the audacity to deny my claim for a refund saying I didn’t show. When I went to the hotel with a group of 5 people and was denied access to the rooms.

We had to switch rooms twice. Someone occupied first room. Second room TV and air did not work. Trash already in the bins. Third and final room issues with water temperature. Wall was cracked. Some lights didn’t work. Floors not the cleanest.
