Brenda at the front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our room was satisfactory and met our needs. Our suite was very spacious. We liked the room layout - the clothes closet and bathroom was very spacious and secluded from the room entrance. The kitchen area had a sink and plenty of counter space.

I didn't love that it was near so many trucking facilities (big truck stops, truckers paradise), although that was kind of a curiosity that was diverting and humorous for me. However, the lighting amd parking iptions were good so i felt ok about it. I also didn't love that Fox News cable channel was constantoy playing- can't they find anything a little less political and completely full of propaganda B.S. to have in the lobby/breakfast area? The water pressure in the shower was kind of low. Other than these things, the staff was delightful and the facitlies were great!! I would stay again. But i would probably eat breakfast in my room or bring earbuds to block out Fox inaneness.

Staff was super nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The elevator needs attention. It creaks and moans going up and down and there was a strong stench of mold or something outside near the bushes and trees that should probably be attended to, but all in all, it was a great, restful stay and we will likely be back.

We were told we were being put into a newly refurbished room. It wasn’t finished. The mattress kept sliding off the bed. Not secured. The new toilet paper roller was not attached to the wall.it swing back & forth. Wallpaper outside the room was stapled to the wall. Bathroom floor looked like it had putty dried all over it. Bathroom door extremely scuffed. Not new at all

We had a 2 night stay. The first night was very very noisy, finally called the front desk. It was very late, it sounded like some kind of construction happening. It ended instantaneously, but later on awakened by loud people and children overhead. The people at the front desk were very helpful and gave us another room on the 4th floor. Rest of our stay was very good, breakfast was delicious. Thank you

there was so many birds in the trees there. My car was covered bad with poop. I had to go to the car wash and scrub off all that bird droppings. It was hard to get in or out of the car without getting hit. They really need to do something about that.
