We loved the room and the bed was really comfy. They had a Keurig coffe machine in the room which was nice, but the creamer was old and bad. They had a “breakfast buffet, however they charged $14.95 per person. It was not a buffet. It was about what a Hampton Inn or other hotels would serve for free. I don’t feel like the room was worth the $220.00. I probably would not stay here again. The staff was great

This hotel is very nice, however the rooms are likely going to be updated soon. Many hotels have updated finishes such as numerous USB ports on the bedside table. Also, the rooms are carpeted which is nice, however, many newer hotels have opted for tile. I enjoyed my stay, and the lobby, parking and breakfast options were great.

Booked an accessible room which on the surface looked great. Bathroom was very spacious with lots of grab bars. The rollin shower looked good but we never had hot water so it was impossible to use. Also the refrigerator leaked water all over the carpet which caused an odd smell. Reported all this to staff who basically did nothing except say sorry. We will probably choose some place different on our next visit to family.

The breakfast. For some reason i thought it was included. However as i grabbed a plate i was notified it was not. I did not purchase the breakfast because for what they were charging, i could go to ihop or waffle house. Also the pool, i wanted to enjoy it but there were kids that were running, throwing towels in the water , at each other. Just all over the place. As i was leaving one little girl said "sorry if we making you leave". All were between 11-13. The staff did say something to them immediately once notified. Other than what is mentioned above, the hotel itself is clean, comfortable & quiet.
