I don’t know what was happening on 4th floor but there was an air purifier or cleaner running all night . We were 2 rooms down. Sounded like a loud generator. I was exhausted after my stay. Breakfast was 7-10pm so we had to leave at 630 so no food and coffee was lukewarm like it sat all night

When we got off the elevator on the 4th floor there were large (and loud) fans blowing in the hallway and in at least one guest room. There had very obviously been water intrusion on the entire floor. Our room had a terrible musty smell to it. Had it not been for our very late arrival, we would have asked for a different room. The smell was terrible and it caused my nose to stuff up. When we got up in the morning after a long smelly night, there was a lot of water on the floor between the window and the bed, and the water had crept all the way over to the other side of the bed. Nothing like getting out of bed and stepping into an inch of water. We checked out the next morning wishing we wouldn’t have been breathing that air in all night. I mentioned it to the front desk and they apologized and said they would escalate this to the manager. Haven’t heard a word since.

This hotel is full of active mold and they continue to book the rooms affected by the mold. We had mold bloom on the bedding even after it was changed and the smell was horrible. I complained to the front desk and they offered a partial refund but we experienced exposure to mold both nights.

I stay here years ago was great this time was awful breakfast was not good, then after long day of softball I get to the room the blackout curtains was in the floor when i was going to call the pront desk the phone don’t work I have to call them from my personal phone and the person who answers the phone told me I am going to send maintenance. Never came next day when I did the checkout told the girl at the frontdesk she said we don’t have maintenance in the night time. So desapointed about the whole situation. i paid $325 for two nights way to expensive for the experience will not recommend

Staff was great. Shower curtain was to short which flooded bathroom every shower. Reported issue and told it was be fixed. It was not. Not dirty, but the cleanest. Only cleaned 1/2 room and did not restock towels.

You guys need to work on your breakfast. Please do away with the fake eggs and expand your breakfast menu please with real food. NO FAKE FOOD PLEASE. Rooms were excellent. Lady who checked us at night good. Property is in excellent shape. Just fix the breakfast option please.
