Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Shower water was nice and hot. Area was quiet. Good location. Just west of I75. Stayed here for a quick stop from S FL to GA and it was perfectly adequate. Would stay again

In many ways it was a nice motel. I chose it due to low prices and great reviews. Room was clean, I liked that there wasn’t carpet. There was a microwave and the refrigerator was good sized with a freezer. Unfortunately, there was a strong mildew smell when the ac was on and the wi-fi had a very weak signal. Tv was mediocre with regular cable channels and 2 hbo channels. But lacked YouTube, Netflix etc and the wifi wasn’t good enough for me to consistently get them on my ipad. This may not be a priority for some but every other motel or hotel on my trip had good WiFi and modern tv options. Staff was friendly.

My stay was fine. I have stayed here before, with no issues, but this time my room (#227) had a strong musty smell that seemed to come from the a/c unit. And the TV signal kept freezing up and displayed a message about being possibly caused by weather and/or to contact the front desk. It was an uncomfortable stay, and I notified the desk manager when I checked out.

I had to go back the second day my key stopped working for the door in the room. The tub was horrible so they had to switch me rooms. My door was open one day I came in from work. I was very disappointed with this day.

The location was near the interstate, restaurants, and in a safe area. We were checked in a mere minute or two, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good, with lots of protein options and a staff member who kept food replenished. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again in the future.

Miscommunication my initial booking was for June 2-4 after checking my schedule it didn't permit enough time to do everything I needed so I made another booking to arrive on June 1. Expedia at first showed it as 2 bookings then the two bookings were merged to show reservations for June 1-4. I checked in on June 1. On June 2 at approximately 11:30 I received a call from the hotel telling me I had left my luggage in the room. I told I had reservations 3 nights and the caller said it was only 1 night. I responded I had paid for 3 nights. The caller said they saw the second reservation and I should have come to the desk to register again for the next two nights. I was told to come to the front desk at that moment to take care. I told her I was meeting someone for lunch and wouldn't be back for a couple of hours. When I returned and registered again I told the hotel clerk that the registration was changed on Expedia to only show one reservation for the 3 nights, she responded it wasn't combined as 1 reversation for the 3 nights. With today's technology this shouldn't have happened but I suppose with the difficulty employers finding compitent help to work things like this will continue to happen. The reason why I said this before I arrived my daughter decided she would like to come with us. I called Expedia to change the room type from single king to two queens. The agent at Expedia I talked to told me I couldn't make and changes that I would have to make new reversation
