We have stayed at hotel Eleo numerous times and have loved it there. It’s safe and convenient for our needs. This is the first time though that the hotel wasnt clean and we stayed when it’s wasn’t a busy football weekend.

We never stayed at the property because your company screwed us over with the date change the date due to room being sold out, pushed us back one day. We immediately called to help us find another hotel. Your company did not help us did not give us a refund. We were not even in town for the day of that day so we wasted $346 because your company sucks once again. I will never use Expedia. You guys don’t care about your customers long time loyal customers you suck.

This property was absolutely amazingly clean, huge Rooms great restaurant the negative was parking and not that it was all that negative because you saw some really cool cars while you were in valet , which is your only option.. but I so recommend this hotel
