Absolutely love this hotel. The location. The staff. The rooms. The beds. The patio and pool deck. The price... EXCEPT when they jack it x 4 for The FEST. I REALLY wish I could afford to stay here for FEST. Accessibility is too notch too. As a paraplegic in their mid 40s.

Decent place

This is a typical Hyatt Place, clean, comfortable and the service is as expected, The hotel is reasonably close to the University of Florida and has several great spots for food and nightlife within easy walking distance. There is a great cat cafe about a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Very comfortable, large rooms, feels brand new. There seems to be quite a bit of amplification of the outside noise. They provide ear plugs.

Property was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff was great and very helpful and polite. Only drawbacks are parking and noise which is to be expected being in the middle of downtown. Overall this experience was great and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is so nice in down town, plenty of restaurants around. Staff were also so nice and helpful. The overall condition of the room was ok but restroom had some not nice smell, I would say not for not being clean but overall condition should be reconsidered. I didn’t like that there were not even a bottle of water as a welcome drink.
