False Accusations
They are claiming that I broke a window when I was the only one in the room. I never even open the shades. The call me the next day. Instead of reaching out to me after house keeping cleaned my room. I’m talking to our attorney now. They billed me $1000 with out an estimate or an investigation. They will be hearing from my lawyer about this.

My recent stay was quite disappointing. While the location was ideal, that's where the positives ended. The room had a distinct mildew smell and the entire hotel felt outdated and poorly maintained, definitely not up to cleanliness standards. Breakfast was incredibly basic, essentially just waffles and yogurt. I was also frustrated to be charged an early check-in fee despite contacting the property beforehand. It's also unfair that there's no credit for checking out early. I cannot recommend this hotel and won't be booking here again.
The price was right! The pool was nice and deep! The bed was very comfortable! The hotel was nice and clean and quiet! I got three nights there for like 240 bucks altogether! I went to a different spring everyday! I loved it! The people were very friendly! The only thing I wish we had was eggs and bacon for breakfast. But we had everything else. We had waffles, fruit, cereal, grits. If we would of had a hot breakfast I would have never left lol!
Very outdated and room smelled like mildew. There was garbage in the can from previous guests and bathroom could use a new caulking and attn. Night desk agent was super friendly, courteous and helpful.
Stay away! BUGS! Rude manager/owner. I have reserved 2 rooms on this hotel. One of the rooms hade quite a few dead roaches as well a couple alive ones. That was the room that was occupied by my son and his girlfriend. They decided that this was too much for them and decided to look for another hotel. We notified the front desk and the Manager was skeptical and rushed to the room to inspect it. She got to the room and closed the door. As she comes out she stated that she could not see any bugs. My son noticed that she clearly swiped out one of the dead bugs that was on the shelf of the mini fridge not knowing that there was several of them. He collected another one and brought it to her attention. She then started to walk back in front of us toward the front desk and (UNBELIEVABLY) made the following remark: “you have high expectations, this is not the Ritz-Carlton”. That was it! I blew my top and demanded a refund of both rooms and harshly (probably with some expletives) professed my indignation not only with the big situation (it could happen), but with the total lack of customer service! STAY AWAY!
Very clean and friendly staff. Seems like a family owned hotel and they take pride in keeping the place looking nice and the guest happy. The room was a bit outdated but very clean. I arrived early and they were able to check me in before 'check-in time" which was awesome. They offered continental breakfast in a very clean dining area. Staff was constantly cleaning the counters and wiping the tables. Will definitely recommend.
