The first night was okay. At breakfast the next day their was no one there and not much to eat. There were a few muffins, cereal but no milk and waffles but no syrup. The next day there was milk and syrup and also eggs, sausage and just a very few potatoes. The second day there was no hot water. As I left the handle on the toilet broke. One last thing I had a bite on my rear, I believe it was a bed bug. The itch lasted 3 or 4 days.

it was terrible, will never ever stay in that dive again. the shower still had the empty bottles from who ever stayed before us, toilet would not flush properly. a night stand was missing a drawer. Floor not clean. When i checked out i told the manager, his only response was, ? was the bed made?

The staff member at check in, Rocky, was the best thing about this stay. He was very nice in explaining to my 5yr old and myself why the ENTIRE POOL WAS GREEN AND FILLED WITH ALGI! Completely unable to touch the water and sore to the eye. The management of this property has done nothing to maintain the pool. They advertise a very nice pool, FALSE ADVERTISING, at its finest. The only reason we booked this hotel was for 4th of July holiday swimming… we were offered snacks instead to compensate for the false advertising. They were “unable to give a refund” but Rocky was nice enough to offer a small substitute with the snacks. The manager is fully aware of the pool situation and has yet to fix it. The pool should’ve been have maintenanced months ago. They also advertised this hotel as a “Quality Inn”, it is actually a “Suburban Home Hotel”. And if you’re looking forward to the “free”breakfast that comes with your stay… there was no staff cleaning or putting out fresh food at breakfast. In fact, there was a halfway cooked, doughy waffle on the waffle maker, stuck to it. 👎

Went to front desk for towels numerous times and was eventually sent on my own to find housecleaning room to ask for clean towels. There were none in the housecleaning room so I was sent to track down a house cleaner that was cleaning rooms.
