Terrible service. The rooms we're very hot. The swimming pool was very dirty. No one could even swim in it. Customer service was no good at all.

This hotel should be priced like a classic Motel 6. It was not worth what I paid. Missing smoke detector (pretty sure that's illegal), sink was leaking on the floor, bathtub had a hole in it, water damage in the ceiling, small fridge was about as cold as the room. Choose another hotel.

There were a lot of bugs (crickets & spiders) in the room. Pictures on the website do not depict what these rooms look like. It also had a musty smell. Pool was green so it was not usable.

On our stay the first night, the heater was left on. We found a syringe under the bed. We wanted to let front desk know, and he kind and unnecessarily aggressive.

It was queit and relaxing the pool could of been cleaner if you are a smoker stand in between the rooms so smoke dont get into ur room some of the staff were awesome and kind some not so much

If I could give it zero stars I would. We started off our stay on the first floor backside of the property and I could tell that they were doing some remodeling. Which is total fine from the pictures online it looked great. Get in the room the door does not even close enough for us to be able to lock it. The carpet in the room had red stains all over the floor and then to top it off the vent in the shower didn’t even have a cover over it just a towel stuffed in it. I tried to call the front seat with the room phone it did not work. I called on my cell and the guy was actually very nice and said he would move us to a different room if we would come get the keys. Perfect I thought maybe the next will be better. The second room we get is on the same side of the property just on the second floor. Walk in and take a look around and it was dirty. The comforter on the bed was stained and the shower curtain was absolutely disgusting. The shower faucet in the bathroom was not even connected to the wall. Needless to say we did not stay for are full booking and the guy at the front was not willing to give us a refund even when we didn’t stay the full two nights just one. Very disappointing. I would never stay here again.

AC was off and because of the storm it was extra humid and muggy in the room when we arrived. Pool was out of order. Definitely wasn’t like this last year when we stayed here. Not a bad hotel though.

The room did not match the online pictures. It had a slight mildew odor, curtains were old and broken. Carpet was dirty, pool was empty and dirty. Everything was outdated. Extremely over priced for what we got.

Place was okay, low water pressure, no daily housekeeping since i stayed 2 nights and no one stopped by to change towels, i requested towels at front desk waited 4 hours and nothing was taken, outside the ueard mess everywhere due to renovation, the pool is empty and closed off, front desk was pleasant and greeted ill say thats a positive

The door to my room was wide open. I was scared to enter the room because I didn't know if someone was already in the room which was open to the public/outside. I drove back to the front desk and a gentleman walked to the room as I drove back the room. He made sure noone was in the room before I entered. Nats and mosquitoes were everwhere in the room, carpet was dirty, tables were dusty and there was a fool odor in the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Terrible stay !
Showed up later then check in was told our room was no longer available was told that they had one room left and they weren’t sure if it was clean even though the parking lot was full and the place had a ton of rooms we could get because it was late and we were tired the room was in fact, hot water barely worked with very low pressure the plumber who hooked it up, hooked it up backwards there’s only decaffeinated coffee in the room . Move to the bed to look for a lost item and behind the headboard at the top of the mattress where your head goes near the boxspring, it was absolutely filthy and under the bed. Would not recommend
