People outside the hotel rooms were smoking drugs. Windows from hotel rooms were broken. Very unsafe place to stay. Pictures are not the same as the location.

The motels room was dirty door prints on floor tv was on when we walked in Andy wrappers on top counter one of the beds had signs of some one being I. There at 8:50 on the morning they were knock and try g to come in room to clean while we still in bed asleep check out is at 11:00 am . Very sad place need upgrades bad . Pics in website deceiving

The hotel is in need of renovations, it wasn't as clean as it should be. Our room was needing maintenance. The sink wouldn't drain, the toilet seat wasn't fastened. The toilet really needed plunged for proper flushing. The smoke detector was in a drawer not installed. The hair dryer did not work. Very disappointed that the property is in such a rough condition!

The property looked like it was just bought and needed to be renovated. Star way was not complete and water near stair. There was very limit of breakfast. Nothing was left when we went for breakfast at 8:30. Bathroom and the floors were dirty.

They need to let me do a hotel rescue.

When you ask about a local place, they don't know and won't take a moment to find out. Check in 20 minutes before 3 will cost you $25. Very dark room with only 1 working lamp. Other didn't reach a plug and had no light bulb. Towels are located at the back of the closet in the other room. Ceiling wasn't finished in the bathroom. Breakfast room was super hot and very limited options. Only offered 1 key with a sticky note attached with a room number and the list goes on. Don't expect more than a bed to crash in.

Good price bad service

I choose this place for the price and also because it said there's was a pool. After we check in we found out the pool was not available dur to a broken filter line. We stayed there 3 days. It was never fix. It also offer free breakfast. The first morning we went to check it out and all the breakfast machines where out of order the mini fridge where milk and yougert was keep was not operating. Overall it wasn't a good experience and they didn't even offer any compensation.

We were surprised how clean and spacious of the room unit we were booked in despite the outside property being hideous. 40 minutes to get into a room due to first one key did not work and the door lock was broken literally hanging off the door...secondly one bed in room when we reserved 2 Queens, third time...key card did not work because employee gave us the wrong number verbally saying 211 when it was 221, finally when we return he stated he said another room yet he did not give us a key card holder or write down the room number, he gave it to us verbally knowing he had a heavy Asian Indian accent. Next day only turn the key in, no one read it just stare until I had to say something and when I asked the question they seem to end it because I had to question about breakfast. We wouldn't ever stay at this location again and oh my goodness trash everywhere, the pool looked as if aliens had invaded, it was terrible but I must say the room was nice besides the toilet lid needed replaced and the bathroom door handle was falling off. Choice Hotels is shameless for allowing such owners to franchise under their name. This is a Quality Inn motel not a Quality Inn hotel which are much nicer.

The bathroom was not playing the top on the toilet was busted and they had a different one put on it cover the shower was nasty. The air conditioner. The pump was falling off of it is noisy. The bed was good, but that’s about all the side grass in front of our room with the pine hasn’t been weeded mode. The breakfast was awful. You couldn’t run the toaster in a waffle maker at the same time without throwing a breaker underneath the cabinet. There was no water on the breakfast Bar. The sausage was good but we ran out of food because that lady said it was close to nine. it wasn’t 816 so I should’ve had more food there. There was nobody taken care of them, but it was just not a very good experience and we will never go back there

Bad hotel stay

This was most bad hotel I have stayed in a while and will never stay there again. First the TV did not work and bathroom door would not closes and lock.
