This is in a very good neighborhood. The room was clean. I guess there was absolutely no water pressure and it took the water forever to get hot like I almost got dressed and said the hell with it and my mom ended up getting bedbugs so yeah, I will never go back here

Cute pool area

Amazing small hotel, convenient to lots of shopping and food choices. Friendly staff, lovely pool area, clean room, safe area of town. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a charming motel. I really liked the fact that it was so close to the hospital, had a nice outdoor swimming pool, provided a nice continental breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and interested in their customers. All for a very reasonable price! We will come back again if we’re staying overnight in Gainesville.

My son and I came into to town to visit family for five days. I have to say, WOW! The staff no matter the position they held had pride and made everything so easy to handle. I have stayed at very top rate hotels in my life to feel like a number and not of any importance. The Entire staff was there to help with just about anything we needed. I was outside just standing looking at the pool and was asked by 2 different staff members if I needed help. Any question I asked were answered with a positive response and solved quickly with what we may have needed during our stay. We felt safe, appreciated, and seen! The property has a standard and you feel it from every member of the staff. GREAT JOB!!! We will be back, THANK YOU

Too strong an odor of Clorox after arriving. Bathroom door stuck. Front of soap dispenser near lavatory came off easily. Dispensers over tubs; Two appeared out of shampoo and body wash. Otherwise we were happy to be there. One key to room did not work. Staff quickly made that right and said they would get maintenance and housekeeping on the other things. Outside areas were lovely. No problem getting in or out of the place as some reviews had said.

Not worth the rate

The property is just ok, extremely basic and not worth the rate they charge. Beds are hard, the location is very noisy, when fully booked they had no towels or blankets available for request. The staff was nice, but that’s about all I liked about this hotel. Would not stay again.
