Awful!!!!
The hotel is in very poor shape and should be completely renovated. The hotel room that we were assigned to had roaches. The room was in such bad shape that myself and my daughter checked out within minutes and unfortunately was not refunded our money by the property or hotels.com which is very disappointing.

This property was dirty. The bedding had lots of stains. I didn't even want to sleep there. I had to find something in my car to lay on. There were roaches and for a 139.00 a night i expected better. I checked out a day earlier because i couldn't do another night. I asked the guy at the front desk about a refund for the night i wasn't staying. He told me to call the manager on Monday. I called all day no one picked up and left a message and even sent an email and still haven't got a response. Avoid this property if you can.

For the price that we paid, we didn’t get what we deserved. We ask for extra towels, front desk said that washing machine is broken so they can give us any. The room very smell and dirty.

Terrible. There were holes in the walls. A roach stuck to a piece of scotch tape on the AC unit. The bed was a double sized army cot and 1 mattress. The pillows were the size of small throw pillows. The bathroom was clean, minus the actual paper "spit balls" on the ceiling, but very dated. very loud could hear everything on the outside of my door. Do not recommend.

It was clean but the phone in the room was not working, the wifi did not work, and to top it off, my car was hit in the parking lot, which is not the locations fault, but their cameras were not working so I could not identify who damaged my vehicle.

No manager on duty. Tried to reach out to management using multiple means 5 times, no response. Black mold documented under bathroom sink Had asthma attack due to condition of room. Room sagging as beneath us thought we were partying. We weren’t. No refund “ compensation” offered by very convoluted ways.

I didn't like the hotel at all. The bed wasn't a bed. It was a cot with a mattress on it. I felt like I was sleeping on a pull out couch. The TV didn't work and the room looked dingy. I will never go back.
