Needs a little updating and carpet either needs to be cleaned or replaced in the hallway. Overall we were comfortable but it could use some TLC such as replace some light bulbs in the bathroom and update the bedding. Staff that did the continental breakfast were friendly and kept that room clean. Hot tub was filled in. Did not go in pool but looked clean.

We arrived very late at night, and there was no one there to check us in, though we had been assured there would be. The breakfast was incredibly mediocre. Plastic silverware and Styrofoam plates. Microwaved food with very few options. Parking was good.

Elevator not working, 1 bath towel provided for 2 people. Asked for more to be delivered, never happened. Had to flag down the cleaning crew for more. Free breakfast advertised, never given any info on that or saw anywhere they were serving breakfast. Room was clean but linens and towels appeared to be stained. More than likely clean but need to be replaced. It was adequate for 2 nights sleep but I would not stay there again.

Our group has stayed in your facility for the past four years around the same time. Our first stay we were so impressed with staff outside area and room conditions. It has been a gradual downhill slide. Upon check-in we were told there was no elevator service and that all rooms on the first floor were taken. Everyone in our group was 70 or older. Fortunately we were all able to maneuver the stairs. Both the snack and drink machines were out of order. Just seemed like an uncared for facility. Not many hotels in that location so just sad.

The elevator was broken and the room had no air conditioning however staff did not tell us this at check-in. We arrived back to our room at 11:30 PM to find it HOT! There was no one working over night so after repeated phone calls and wondering the front desk to get some help we packed up and left. It was awful!

Our bathroom was pretty dirty with cobwebs and bugs on the floor. There was a long black hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door above where we could reach and both of us in the room have short hair. The morning after our first night I asked the manager to have our room cleaned including our bathroom and when I retuned briefly at 8 pm nothing had been touched. I reminded the same guy we wanted our room cleaned. When we arrived back for the night the only change was that there were more towels and a blanket was haphazardly thrown across our bed. At breakfast the first morning all the tables were dirty and the attendant was sitting at a counter on her phone. The second morning she was outside talk to a guy on the porch but we didn’t see her after that. It was not a good place to stay.
