I was on third floor and it was very warm. Air was not even turned in at all when I got there. I had to turn the air down twice in the night. I finally got a little relief when it was down to 62. Was it working properly? There were people in the parking lot when I arrived that were being loud as well as their loud vehicle. They apparently were also on third floor as I heard them throughout the night especially in the hallway

Staff was extremely friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was terrible though. When i walked in, the room was musty and smelled like dirty feet. The desk chair looked like it was pulled out of the trash. When i went to take a shower, the knob fell off, the water never got hot, and 2 of the towels were dirty. One looked like someone wiped a counter off with it and the other had yellow stains all over it. Definitely not what i expected when I booked the room.
