Nice, inexpensive hotel with friendly staff and fairly good location. I would recommend for short stays in Istanbul.

The hotel was located in an amazing spot, as all the major tourist attractions were within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and breakfast had lots of variety! Arranging an airport shuttle with reception was quick and timely.

The rooms were very clean and well kept! The staff were wonderful and very friendly. They were also very helpful!! Breakfast was great - the view from the rooftop was breathtaking! The location was also great, close to everything! No complaints! I’d stay here again

Great place to stay in Istanbul. In walking distances to many of the historical sites, great restaurants and shopping. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful and the rooftop provided picturesque views.

Clean hotel but disappointed with the size of the twin room I had booked. It was much smaller than advertised and other twin rooms I saw during maids cleaning the rooms. I booked the Turkish hammam & massage deal at the hotel. Shocked that it was a male attendant considering it’s a Muslim country and no communication from the spa staff informing you of this which is unacceptable. Paid for breakfast but wasn’t impressed at all. Only tried it once and didn’t bother trying it again.

The hotel was advertised as having soundproof rooms yet there was a wedding event my first night and another event at the neighboring hotel the second night from which their loud music was disruptive until they ended at midnight. The thermostat in the room was fake and did not adjust the temperature which was at 23.5 degrees Celsius. The front desk advised that they would have its "computer guy" adjust the temperature but that never happened and so the room was warm my entire stay. Do not rely on the internet which was weak/intermittent. My coffee area was not restocked for the 2 nights that I was there.
