The hotel was priced that my needs. Things were clean the staff polite. It was definitely a remodeled facility because within the large room, they had a queen size bed. The television actually was facing the wall, where apparently another bed had been at one time. There was no possibility of a late check out and while my reason for booking this site was the pool in hot tub. The pool did not open until noon and 11 AM with checkout time. Front desk, staff was wonderful as where the cleaning, the evening manager had a bit of a superior attitude as things are always requesting front desk staff where putting in place and he said it absolutely couldn’t be done. Of course they showed him how to make it work lol

Awesome place clean and great staff

The staff is always so nice from check in to check out anything we needed they were happy to provide. Clean rooms and nice size rooms. The jacuzzi room is our favorite when available. The tub is large and so relaxing.

Our 3rd visit to this hotel. Clerk trying but check in got complicated. Jeff from hotels.com was terrific in getting us in and working to sort out the problem that was the hang up at the hotel. Room was good, hot tub was working, restaurant next door great.

Wrong room

I had booked a king suite with a jacuzzi. I got to the hotel and they informed me its been booked by an employee for over a week. After 10 they finally found me a room, but nothing to what I originally booked. I was dissapointed to say the least. They did knock off some money.

I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family in the ares. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the fact that staff made my waffle and delivered to my table was a pleasant suprise. I would recomend this hotel.

We've stayed here twice in the last 6 months and have found it very comfortable, even cozy, after a long day on the highway. The rooms have been clean, recently remodeled, and the bed was great. The staff were friendly and attentive. A very different experience than we had years ago when we once stayed here. We heartily recommend this motel.

The staff was very nice from check in breakfast and check out. My only complaint is the elevator being not accessible without stairs. We had a bell art full of bags. The desk girls helped me lift cart up 3-4 stairs to be able to access elevator. Add ramp over stairs so guests can easily get to rooms I was so thankful the staff was helpful
