The spring beds have GOT TO GO! Any time I or my wife moved, the entire bed would screech with the spring noises. I did not sleep at all because of this.
The hotel rooms are good and are really maintained well. Bathrooms still need to be remodeled but it was not bad... I would have given 5* except for hot water. It was an issue during both days of my stay.

I could hear everything in the hallway and neighbors. Did not sleep very well. The lady that served breakfast was a delight!! So kin and friendly.
The room was clean, no complaints. The floors were not carpeted which is probably better for cleanliness actually. Breakfast was good. The attendant kept the food well stocked and fresh. She even cleared our plates. Only problem is that the area where the toilet is is very, very small. Check in and check out were easy and the staff was friendly. The room is reasonable size but I would not want to stay for more than two nights. If you had enough stuff to stay for more than two nights it could get cramped.
We stayed there on the way to Phoenix and on the way home from Phoenix around Thanskgiving. On the way it was so noisy bc of the highway so coming back we stayed on the backside and it was great. Funny thing. I made the rez on line and when we got there that night the clerk said it was for mid Dec instead of that night. So, we lost money. I even checked the date when i made the rez and it was still the wrong date. So may not use this site any more. I cant afford to lose money. Waant the properties fault.
We checked in about 4:30pm. At about 8 pm my husband decided to take a shower. Turning the lever in a variety of ways & letting it run for a few minutes he could not get anything but lukewarm water. He called the front desk about this. A return call resulted in being told others weren’t having that problem & the hotels system seemed fine. They did not attempt to check our room theirselves.
In the morning I spoke with Laura at the front desk & described the situation of the prior evening. Again we were met with indifference to our unfortunate situation & she justified their position saying “others” in the hotel didn’t seem to have a lack of hot water problem. I seriously doubt each other guest was contacted about this situation. I would not consider staying at this hotel in the future.
