I am a Army veteran and was pleasantly surprised by all of the veteran centered memorabilia in the hotel. The staff was amazing and the room was emasculate!!!

Bathroom odor

There was a strong chemical smell in bathroom that really bothered me whenever i took a breath. Asked if they could do something about it, i was just given an air freshener, which didn't help. Was told they were full and couldn't change rooms.

Not a single smile from any of the staff while we were there. No safety bar in the bathtub. The faucet in the bathroom sink was very hard to use and you had to hold the handle down on the toilet to get it to flush. At breakfast, there was no juice of any Kind. They had oatmeal packets, but no microwave to cook it in. When we ask about it, they said we could take it to our rooms and cook in the microwave there.

Very nice hotel, with a full display of Military pictures and soldiers who gave all, also has a special room dedicated to the Code Talkers of the Indian people who served in WWll, the front end person showed me around with history and narrative. A pleasant place to stay and off the busy areas.
