The gentleman working the front desk couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. It's a lower budget hotel so I didn't expect many amenities. Very happy with my stay there.

Dru, the manager is great as is his limited staff. The room was OK but the bath exhaust fan didn't work and you had to make sure the door to the room entirely closed because it didn't on its own. A dresser or a closet would be convenient too. The location on the west end of town was perfect for us since we went day hiking every day and the I-40 expressway was less than 1/2 mile away. No grocery store or restaurants but Westside Deli and Bakery was close and excellant.

This is a very old property and conditions reflect that. The linens were worn and did not look quite clean-most likely due to the age. Towels were old and thin. Otherwise, it was clean as best as could be expected due to age. Front desk agent was very friendly and helpful. OK for a quick overnight.

Pics on internet are way outdated. Property is not as nice as pics indicate. Carpet is nasty in hallways. Bathroom walls have dirty handprints on them.
