We were advised at check in against the first floor as they only allow pets on the first floor and it gets rather loud. So my 80+ year old parents had to truck up stairs as there is no elevator. They needed a good nights sleep so what could we do. Won’t stay here again.

The service was excellent with very accommodating staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and had nice decor. That said, the lobby and the halls were dated and in bad need of an update. The shampoo bottle was nearly all water, and the breakfast was too skimpy. (No eggs, meat, or fruit options.) Coffee was weak (but, I know some probably love it that way). For the price, I’d stay again. For the clean, comfy room, friendly staff, and reasonable rate, I’d stay again.
