The beds were so comfy and the heater worked. lol driving home been through the snow, so many wrong turns, and non existent restaurants. When having the breakfast included we spoke with the front desk guy and a couple that was staying there. It was very homey and pleasant.

We loved the staff! They were very nice. We were disappointed though with the amount of noise. All night long there were people coming in and out of their rooms. We had our dog with us so all the noise caused him to bark. We got hardly any sleep.

4pm service? What a joke! The free breakfast was less than adequate with an 50:year old drink8nking:fountain that was gross!!! The room was a 2.0 at best and that’s being generous. Th8# was an awful place. Fancy name and pic5ures. If you stay here, you will be sorry!

Didn't even had a nail at least to hang your coat or your towel or anything. Breakfast was a bad joke.The worst was the Internet. Didn't work at all and they've 've tried a lot of tricks and lies to show us that's working. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Late night check in
It was a pit stop on our 22 hour drive out West. We made reservations through Hotels.com and arrived a bit before midnight. Check in was easy and the service at the front desk was amazing. We really just needed a clean place to stay that allowed pet. This place did the job. The room was clean and newly renovated. Each room came with a mini fridge and microwave. There was alot of other dogs here, because there were the occasional barking. Once settled, we did read that this town wasn’t too safe, but we had a nice comfy night. We left early the next morning, so we really can’t speak to the town. Only thing I recommend is new towels. The towels just looked older.

Service and employees were amazing. While the hotel seemed "older", it was very clean. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly employee (it was afyer 9:30pm). He even accommodated me by getting me an extra pillow. Upon check out, the lady at the desk was also super friendly. Breakfast was limited (bagel, waffles, toast/patries), juice and coffee. Eating area was also small. Overall, for the money, the hotel was perfect.
