When we tried to check in a bit early just to get a room told us to come back later. Jut wanted to check in could have waited to get the room. We needed a downstairs because I have a physical condition that makes it difficult to climb stairs plus we have a service dog. They acted like they could care less and showed us that when we came back and put us in an upstairs room. Probably one of the worst rooms because it was next to an outside door that was constantly opening and closing. Made it difficult to get comfortable and sleep. When we tried to take showers we couldn't get hot water. Left the tap open for at least 5 minutes with not result. When we called the front desk they replied we didn't wait long enough. Had to run the water for 20 to 30 minutes to get any hot water because they hot water heater was on the opposite side of the hotel. So they said. With all the water issues they have in that area that seems like a big waste of precious water. We finally got sone warn water after another 10 mins of running the faucet. Breakfast was poor but editable. NOT much to chose from. Will not go to this one again. Second quality inn in 2 days which was poor.
