It was a surprise to see the nice and clean room and helpfull staff, they changed our room asap as we wanted to have a second floor room. The area is near the I40 exit, but the hotel is perfect for an overnight during travelling.

I booked a non refundable room. Room was clean but comforter had holes from cigarette burns. Was offered another room. Not any better. Staff was nice. Not her fault. Left and did not spend the night. Was told to speak to Expedia about a refund. Property denied refund. Will not be staying at another red roof hotel!

The property was convenient to the freeway. Breakfast needs help. Overall, the room was clean for what it is. Had a smooth check in and check out. I only had a few hours of sleep but it did the purpose of the trip. I would highly recommend it for lodging purpose. Would stay again down the road.

I came in late, extremely tired. The woman who checked me in, listened to my reasons why i was there. She was so kind, gave me a bottom floor room with a king size bed. I had never been to this franchise before. I walked in and was wowed!!! Everything was so clean, and so many amenities. Even a work station :) I will definitely be back!
