Upon my check in i was given upstairs which i had alot of luggage, no elevators so i stress to the front desk theres just no way i can lugg things up & down next 3 days. Cornelia did some magic and got me a room downstairs andnthat meant the world. Thank you. Thisbis always my safe place to stay in gallup.

Would NOT stay here again

My father and I are completing the Route 66 from Illinois to California. Out of the 8 hotels we’ve stayed at for the trip this was one of the worst. Cons: They don’t have an elevator, so if you are traveling with someone who struggles with stairs, I’d choose a different hotel. I didn’t feel safe to go to my car at night. There were a handful of homeless loitering in the parking lot and one did approach me for food and money. Very thin walls. You could hear every conversation in the hallway and people walking upstairs. We got ZERO sleep. Pros: Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast with a cook who will make omelets for you. This was VERY GOOD.

It was a good stay, but the breakfast wasn't all that great. Food was not replenished right away. We waited about 20-30 minutes, but it was not done. Restroom doors also need to have doors that can lock.

Extremely clean and comfortable. We felt very safe. Very pet friendly! We asked for a first floor room snd they happily accommodated us. Breakfast was really good. Cornelia and Tasha at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. Definitely a repeater if we are in the area again! Thanks for the great experience!

Staff were all nice and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Was able to get ground floor room for my elderly parent. Breakfast was good but room is a bit small cpmpares to other sleep inn properties i have stayed at. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Tiny but Great room good rates too.

Good little stip for thenight and the price is great for the quality! We were pleased and saved a little money too. Breakfast is free with cook to order omlets! This will be a regular stop for us when going out west, fom now on.

Let’s face it. It’s Gallup. Expectations weren’t high. Pool and hot tub are destroyed and non functional. Told it was smoke and pet free. Barking dogs, weed, and loud guests. It was a decently clean place to sleep and shower. And I would have said nothing if I hadn’t been charged 25$ for a broken shampoo holder that was broken before I rented the room. To then have the manager insinuate I was there for 4 days and didn’t say anything, so I probably broke it. We take all our own toiletries with us. No need to use the ones provided. The shower was ok. But the faucet leaks and pressure is subpar. Most of the safety rails are missing the caps as well. Was I supposed to mention these to management as well? Should I have told management that the pool and hot tub were out of order as well? If I had broken the plastic holder I probably wouldn’t have gone through the hassle of calling three numbers to find out what I was being charged for. Probably would have just contested the charge with the credit card company like whoever else they’ve tried to pin it on. To be clear, the gentleman with the customer relations department was genuinely decent to me. And the ladies I spoke with at the front desk were all wonderful. And it was a decently clean room and hotel. It was a cool place to sleep and a hot shower after a hard days work. These were much appreciated. But for a condescending manager, I wouldn’t be leaving the bad review.
