We had to change rooms twice. The first room had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. The second room, my son accidentally clogged the toilet by just using the restroom once, there was no maintenance on site to fix the problem. The third room we just settled in. It had the same smell, not as bad. Usually this hotel is our favorite to stay at. We never had issues before. So this time it was unfortunate.

Have been staying here every year while driving to ASU for school drop off and this is my 4th year. The rooms have definitely been beat up over the years with wear and tear but this year we have unpatched holes, a used towel on the counter when we arrived, several loud rooms above and adjacent (not hotels fault I realize) but not sure I will stay here for school pick up next time.

Refrigerator was not cold. Was given handicap room for unknown reason which had a tub instead of walk in shower. Weird in itself. Nice simple breakfast with very good attendant. We did not know internet sign in info. Not as good as previous stays there.
