Very disappointed with my stay. Housekeeping was only provided every other day, which meant no clean towels, no trash bags, and no restocking of the coffee station in the room. For the price, this is unacceptable. The breakfast was also lacking—just sweets and carbs, no eggs, bacon, or sausage. Definitely not a balanced option for travelers. Overall, the service fell far short of expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning.

The sraff was fantastic. We changed rooms for our last night and they had the new one cleaned and ready for us to move in before check out time. We also forget one important item in our room and they called us right away and we were able to pick it up. Breakfast was hot and ready on time. Needed a little more warm items. Waffles were great. We would live to stay there again.

The room was like a normal older hotel. I was more do Disappointed that I searched high and low for a balcony room to see the ocean.. my room faced a parking lot and another hotel. The balcony was hot and felt very little ocean breeze. Maybe I misread what I was getting. That was the biggest thing I wanted in my room. Overal the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well. Wished we had thicker blankets on the bed, as I was cold both nights. we didn’t eat the breakfast, and the coffee in the rooms was not good. But on a side note, it’s about a block away from the ocean, so be prepared to walk. And it’s pretty close to the pier and amenities of what Galveston Seawall has to offer.

This seems to be a very old hotel that’s in need of renovation. The breakfast buffet was very limited, no eggs or bacon, just waffles,cereal,apples ,yogurt and toast. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who stays more than one night!

Beds are great, pillows could be better. Pool looks a little dirty around the edges but I still went in. Sun nit around the pool in late afternoon. Breakfast ok but not good if you are Vegan or Gluten Free. They do not supply Almond, Oat or Soya milk.

Staff were very nice but location is somewhat difficult to find. Breakfast choices were a limited to muffins, yogurt and Texas shaped waffles mostly. For the price it is as good as you could expect. We enjoyed our stay there and would go back.

The room was very nice, however the light was dim. We wanted to play a game in the evening and the light was low for that. Also there was no ice in the ice maker on the day we left. But we really thought the room was very nice.
