The hotel is not clean and one of the oldest on block. Its cleaning staff were also rude and refused to offer basic towels. The microwave did not work and most of the time coffee was out. Totally waste of money

Our interaction with the hotel staff was great. They were very friendly and helpful. The property itself is outdated and worn out. Our room had a strong pet urine odor and was not very clean. We ended up staying one night and moved to a different property on Seawall. This property is OK if you are looking for an inexpensive place just to sleep at.

Older but still great!
Very nice but old. Very clean. Bathroom is very small. Quite good for a weekend stay. I know Galveston is expensive on the weekends but I felt the room was overpriced somewhat. But it met our needs so we were very happy. I would return and stay again on the next trip.

The pictures are outdated. The rooms and hotel looked so much better online. It was way over lriced for what it was. The dining room was over packed ao we couldnt even eat breakfast. All the vending machines on the property didnt work. The place looked ap run down. Definitely will not stay here again

One and done
Very dated rooms and building. Room looked to have possible mold or leaking stains on the ceiling. Very small room and bathroom. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and had small pillows, about 1/2 the size of a normal pillow. We were kept up into the early hours from fighting and yelling cuss words outside our room. Once that stopped at about 4 AM at 6 AM the birds were chirping loudly in the courtyard and woke us up. So ended up a sleepless night. We left at 6:30 AM disappointed.
