BEWARE!!

**BEWARE!!** Do not believe the good reviews! This hotel is NOT what the reviews make it seem to be. We were left with dirty bath towels, then were told we would be charged for new ones! The front desk night staff were unprofessional and annoyed that guests had questions. The parking lot is not sufficient and shared with Quality Inn guests as well. The pool was absolutely disgusting majority of the time. The room was extremely small and the beds are very difficult to sleep on. One of the top sheets had stains and the mattresses have mold. This is by far the worst stay I’ve had in a few years. We will not be returning. Ownership and upper management need to walk these rooms and see exactly what they are offering! Even being on the cheaper side in roice, there is no quality in this hotel. It’s like a crack head motel at best.

Trying to give and honest opinion

If you need a cheaper place to stay, it will work. The staff was very friendly. However, the elevators and overall building was ran down. Our room was not the cleanest. The free breakfast is worse than a typical free breakfast and I would recommend skipping. The pool area looked clean but we did not take advantage of it. I would not stay here again.

Great affordable spot on the beach with good parking and nice location on the Seawall. Not having a patio is a negative but you don’t notice too much because of the layout.

If you’re going to leave the popcorn ceiling up, at least paint it gray so we don’t have to look at the dirty ceiling. Sheets and bathroom were not clean. Dirty water from the shower.

We stayed recently and the price was amazing and it’s right across from the beach. However, the outside building itself looks a little runned down and needed to be painted; wash room needs to be updated. Staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was the same thing over and over again for 3 days. The cereal handles were broken. We would stay again only because of price, location and staff.

Booked this hotel for the "free cruise parking" they advertised. Found out they stopped offering this at checkin. Paid $230 for one night. Bathroom was dirty and had dead bugs in tub and a live roach on the floor. Room was dingy too. It was very late and we were all tired, so unpacked the blankets we packed for our cruise and slept on them. In the morning we were in a hurry to leave and forgot the charger for my mother's mobility scooter. When I called to see if they found it, they just said no and hung up. Hotel was way too expensive for the accomodations. I recommend motel 6 for a better, cleaner room.

Please believe me when I say, DO NOT stay here. Problems with water temperature in the shower (even when we moved to another room); remote control for tv didn't work; safe didn't work and was told maintenance would come unlock it but they never did; mattresses are hard; noise level at night is bad; birds (Grackles) roost in the palm trees around the pool area and chirp loudly all night and sounded like you're sleeping ín an aviary; people in next room arguing loudly late at night. A man at 4 a.m. yelling and cursing and then walking back and forth outside the rooms shuffling his feet.... Ino one answered at the front desk x 4 attempts. When I verbalized my conerns to the guy at the front desk about safety I was told they answer the phones as fast as they can but when I told him it was 4 a.m. he looked surprised. He said I would have to call 911 for concerns if feont desk doesnt answer. Cigarette butts laying around; marijuana smoke smell comes through the vents from other rooms and there seems to be a lot of that around there. You have to take your used towels to the desk to trade for clean ones and when I did the lobby had closed so I went to the "night window" as a sign said to do, but no one there. I knocked several times (no bell or buzzer) and said "hello, hello" but no one came. Lesson learned. Next time I will pay a little more and stay at a better hotel.

Was a nice hotel, definitely older and needed some updates. Elevator smelled like oil. Our bathroom toilet would work occasionally. The pool area was small and outdoors only so you had to use the quality inn Nextdoor for there indoor pool. Just needed a lot of basic upkeep and maintenance in general. But as a place to just use for the nights it worked for what we needed.
