The location is great, complimentary breakfast was also excellent. But it has multiple Cockroaches in our bathroom, the carpet is also not clean and seems to be sticky. The room also very small and not in good condition. I guess you need to compromise for the low cost. But if they can renovate the room and clean up cockroaches, it would be a place to stay.

Galveston the beautiful place to stay in the count

I loved it it was a good place to stay very nice and finally staff very clean real high-end place right on the ocean and Galveston of course and I absolutely loved it if I didn't have an apartment in Galveston I would stay there again when I come on vacation but I'm not on vacation I'm actually living in Galveston as right now

First off the rooms are all on an outside corridor. Once inside the room the flooring is dirty, my socks were instantly brown, the non carpet area seems greasy and very slippery with shoes. There was mold on the walls and corners of bath, ents, windows. The lobby is closed and difficult to get any help. No waters in the room and the vending machine is Jenny. The staff actually said “the thing is k ow to steal your money” In the morning the birds are so loud outside the window starting at 4am. Do NOT suggest staying there before your Galveston cruise !

The morning front desk ladies were awesome. Your breakfast selection was the worst I have seen in a long time. What is it with that thing you call an egg? and the gravy, way too thin to be called gravy that was water. No fruit no jelly but the toaster didn't work anyway. The walk to the only working elevator was ridiculous. The room smelled bad. The only nice thing was the 2 ladies at the front desk in the morning. Will not be back

Convenient to local area, great walking distance to restaurants and local venues. The room smelled, handle to shower broken. The floors would sweat due to humidity in the room. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Not enough towels for 2 people. I am very disappointed especially for the amount that I paid to stay at this hotel.

I really liked the access to the beach. Lots of area with shopping. Right next door is a Kroger. Walmart was within walking distance. The property is run down and dirty. Room was clean.

Shower water not working at all upon check in. Bugs in bathroom area in two different rooms. Breakfast was cold below service level for dints. Several items in the dining area were broken had to ask repeatedly for a place to sower for my overnight stay due to broken bathtub water. Very suspect for improper cleaning otherwise facility would have found issues with water and cleanliness.
