Only one working elevator that shook violently everytime you hit a floor. Breakfast was terrible, my room carpet was filthy. There was also non stop beeping from the lock on the door to my room that kept me up all night.

Many of the other customers on the property came across as sketchy characters, especially at night, and when my 10 year old son and myself went to get some items in the evening at the neighboring Kroger there were several sketchy seeming characters that caused my son to feel unsafe and I had a little concern how safe my car would be in the parking lot. Also the lady that was working the evening shift when I checked in heard my plans to go to the beach in the morning, and had great customer service and offered us a late check out up to noon, so I agreed to that… but when showering at 11am after time at the beach the next day, a staff member was trying to come in to clean the room and I was yelling from the shower and bathroom so they could hear me that I scheduled a noon check out, and thought it was annoying that my checkout time wasn’t in the system or communicated to staff for the next day. Also much of the staff have unprofessional appearances with many tattoos, piercing, and grungy and tacky style and appearances.

Very gross and disgusting hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We stay one night before going on our anniversary cruise. Next time we will pay more money for a better hotel.

Hotel is on seawall. Check-in was fast and service was excellent. The room was clean for the most part of it However the room was the furthest that you could get in the hotel on the fourth floor in the furthest corner. I believe when you book with hotels.com or Expedia they give you the worst rooms in the location. We had no view but it was only for one night stay for a cruise so you get what you pay. Breakfast was free and the service was excellent and the food was good

This hotel is under construction and the AC does not work. We were told to just open our windows at night. We did not stay and are still trying to get a refund but no one will answer the phone. The person that checked us in was very helpful and apologetic though.

The room was not clean all the way. The bathroom was dirty on the molding. The toilet seat was loose and moved around. The smell of the room was unpleasant. Lots of work being done around the outside. The elevator smelled terrible and was kind of scary to be in. The breakfast was good. Location was very good.

Don’t recommend

Hotel was under construction so had material on hallways that could create a tripping hazard. Elevator not working properly so my family and I were stuck in the elevator for a while. This traumatized my kids and are now terrified of elevators.
