When we showed up, it looked like everything was fine. We killed around 15-20 cockroaches in our room. They were in the bed, coming from the ceiling, and under the tile.

The property needs to do something about a large flock of noisy birds in the courtyard. They were on the palm trees right outside our room on the 4th floor so it was impossible to get to sleep. The hotel is clean, conveniently located and has good staff, great for a short stay.

So first of all we stayed here bc it was $100 cheaper than the other hotels on sea wall and we had a cruise to get to in the morning! It was an alright room for a one night, just to sleep, spot. However this hotel does have roaches and it isn’t very clean. There are no ice machines anywhere near your room like typical hotels have. Honestly they are charging too much for what you’re getting but eh, it was okay for us bc we just needed somewhere to sleep!

we drove 800 miles to go on a cruise, it was muggy and the room just felt damp, probably the location but it put a wierd feeling to the place, but everything looked clean and nice. the bed was hard and was painful.

The check-in service was amazing, but the checkout service was disappointing. The staff member was very rude. The room was rundown and not very clean, and the TV did not work at all. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience; the floors were sticky as well. I would not recommend this hotel.

FISH ON! Across from the 63rd pier
Plenty of room for two grandparents and two 13 year old boys. Breakfast was adequate, but the egg patties were horrid. Overall, for being virtually on the beach, this hotel is worth the money.

Only reason im writing this is because my shower was spraying all over the bathroom something was wrong with the nozel, i didnt have a trash can in bathroom only in bedding area... wrong was cold ac work perfectly and my lock on my door didnt work properly i normally dont write reviews but what may be small to me may be big to someone else... also hot water didnt work so a cool shower it was
