The hotel was nice, with a nice view, nice area. The only complaint was the bathroom. The bathtub did not have a plug, was rusted and the handle did not turn on or off. I honestly thought I was about to flood the bathroom. Over all I would stay again. Decent price for Galveston.

The only thing that I did not like was that my GPS tracker took me to the hotel I had booked before I booked the Galveston Beach hotel and it was closed because it had burned the night before and they called me and let me know they wasn't going to be able to accommodate me everything was very nice staff was friendly everything I didn't go to breakfast that morning I was tired the day before and I would travel 6 hours it was my first time there and I had looked out the window when I got a got up and I thought it's supposed to be at the beach but didn't know that I was right across from the beach until I left out to go and check out and had to turn my car on because I parked in the back and it was jet black when I arrived and I kept seeing these cards on the side of the road I'm like oh man everybody's cards is breaking down what is really going on low and behold it was the water across the street even though I went down to visit with my brother in the hospital very good experience and I will be looking forward to going back soon thank you

We had two rooms, 215, 216. 216 was ok but 215 as soon as you walked in you were overcome with the smell of mold and the room was extremely hot. We turned the heat down and waited a little bit but it did not get any better . My husband went down and they moved us a few rooms down but that room the toilet would flush and there was mold on the ceiling. This hotel has a ton of water damage and it looks s though their fix for that is to just paint over it. I wont stay here again if we come back.

Conviniet for beach acces and parking. Verry runodown hotel some bugs(roaches) Elevator buttons held by duck tape. But for 40 dollars a might to leave before a cruise cant complian i guess.
