I’m happy for recommend this Hotel.We stayed one night and left the car there for free while we were on a cruise. We used Uber smoothly to get to the ship and back. Our stay and the extended use of the parking lot worked without a hitch. I’d be happy to stay there again. Part of the parking is behind the building; that parking is somewhat illuminated. The parking in front felt quite safe, as did The Hotel interior. There are two entrances to the parking lot. The front entrance, may scrape the bottom of your car if you don’t take it fairly slowly. The side entrance has no problem at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a lot of restaurants within easy driving distance. Our room was quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable.

It wasn’t the worst stay I’ve ever had but it was the noisiest hotel. I could hear every door open and the guest next to us. The floor was lumpy like there was something under the carpet. The room smells like cleaner and I guess that’s not the worst but still not what I would want.

Very, very noisy hotel. It has interior corridors which is maybe safer on the plus side but on the minus side you can hear everyone walking down the hall on your floor and the one above, and doors slamming constantly. the older woman who checked me in was nosy and made comments about the way I looked. So unprofessional. The room was pretty clean - really uncomfortable bed though.

Everything was fine. Except TV didn't work and couldn't be fixed til after I checked out. Kind of noisy. However hotel doesn't control how guests act.

NO PARKING AVAILABLE!

This hotel rents out its parking spaces tp people going on Cruises out of Galveston. When we arrived there were no parking spaces available at the hotel. I had to park on the street. Terrible experience!!!!
