Entire facility is showing its age, but some facilities have been neglected like ice machines. One working machine on the entire property is not enough. The staff was attentive, the breakfast adequate but uninspired. The wi-fi was solid. Need more comfortable seating in the room.

Check in staff was less than friendly or helpful. I asked about the shuttle services to the cruise ships and he pointed to a list stuck on the wall. I asked about price for a local shuttle and he told me $30.00 one way for two. We took Uber for $12.95 for two. Room was very small. Property was not even half full he gave us a room on the 2nd floor— I am 78 and my wife is 75. We won’t be back.

Although I knew it was an older property I did expect better condition. Wall paper peeling, I had to ask for a blanket, our room AC unit didn't work, floor was sticky, no hair dryer. The weather was not good for outdoor eating as everything was wet and there was no indoor dining spot. We took our breakfast to our room. Liked: people were friendly and addressed our issues ASAP.Local worked well for what we were doing.
