You get what you pay for

This hotel is obviously trying to upgrade, however they have a ways to go. The room blinds were broken, the mattress was terrible, literally you could not sleep in the middle portion, it was a huge dent, and unfortunately we woke up to roaches in our bathroom.

Room was clean and had lots of room. Pool an hot tub was nice. Only problem with the hot tub was having to get out and go to the front desk every time it went off. Also didn’t care for the breakfast.

Super old and dusty... ac want working properly. I didn't know to park the vehicles we had to go under the building which got far and the closest door to the elevator was also pretty far. Keys won't working properly we had to get new ones over and over again

On hotels.com it says they will give you an early check in for a fee if rooms are available , however when I asked the front desk clerk I was told they don’t do early check in and the soonest I would be able to check in would be 3pm. They shouldn’t advertise early check in if they aren’t going to accommodate

We stayed for a week and it was awesome. The housekeepers on the 3rd floor were amazing and super sweet. They do a great job! Our room was so clean and smelt clean! Front desk ladies were also very sweet and helpful!! Highly recommend and will return!!

The hotel was close to all of the main attractions but-the property description was not what I expected. The common areas and rooms did not smell clean. For such a prime location, it could use some paint and upgrades to its facilities.

Sadly I believe the guests were more the problem. Screaming children in the pool/spa cannonballing. Children allowed to throw things in the lobby. General trash left around.
