Paper thin walls. Pieces of property falling apart. Had to bady slam room door to get it to open because part of it would snag. This was after already moving rooms because someone brought a dog that wouldnt shut up. At least staff was nice enough to move us.saw roaches in hallway and outside. Hot tub wasnt workimg and wouldnt het warm.

Me and my daughter come up to on vacation and the keys at the hotel never would work we were locked outside stranded in the parking lot in the middle of the night had no way of getting in we had our keys made four different times and never could be able to come and go as we please they will not give you coffee there

Clean rooms- balcony looks out to the ocean. Only problem I had was the hot water was Luke warm but one phone call and I was bathing in lava in no time (my preference). They accommodated my service dog with 0 issues- a rarity. Will be back!!

Property was filthy. My girl killed roaches multiple times and we had to sleep with the lights on. We kept luggage closed to keep bugs out. Pay the extra few bucks and enjoy your time on the island without the roaches and dirty motel. It was filthy....

My boyfriend and i stayed for one night. Upon walking in, the lobby is very clean. There was not a long fast. Just a few people checking in. The ladies working up front were quick. Got us checked in quickly. Id say we waited for maybe 3-4 minutes before we were up next to be checked in. The room was decent. Clean. Plenty towels. Mini fridge, microwave and decent size tv. Everything needed. We did get a balcony view. Hated it wasn't facing the beach. But we still sat out there and enjoy the galveston air. I loved that they are conveniently located across from the beach. That was perfect! The bed was actually quite comfy. So we got decent sleep in. Our Only complaint we have is the doors from the parking garage not working properly. Another family along with us could not get in with the card key as instructed so we ended up taking the stairs up to our room. And i feel the continental breakfast could be a little better. Add some meat in there. Aside from that. Our stay was great! 9/10

It’s okay for a night or 2, but definitely pillows were too small, balcony was tight, and the room we got the A/C wasn’t getting on the other side of the room so it wasn't cold enough.

I enjoyed my stay at Garden Beach Hotel. The location was perfect on the Seawall. The employees were very nice and the accommodations were very nice and clean. I will be back next time I’m in Galveston.

The receptionist in front desk, I'm sorry I dint get her names but they were so awesome when I ask to swap rooms, I reserved a room with balcony, an I got one just the room and a window, honestly my girl smiles well no question ask they took care of me , it made my honey moon better lol.i will stay an recommend
