We loved our stay here.
Close to the beach.
The room looks updated.
Only thing is that they don’t clean rooms everyday. Trash cans are very small. Have to throw your garbage yourself or need a bigger trash bag. Minor thing.
Breakfast was good.
Will stay here again for sure!!!

Like the new remodels being coming here for years know staying in this hotel so I think furniture is very well used would look nicer that when they remodel they would of bought new furniture for rooms specially in the king size rooms with view the couch is so worn out for sleeping.
I was pleasantly surprised by this last minute stay! Property was extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful!!!
The stay was fine. I enjoyed it it. It was one night. The breakfast was excellent. The staff with the cafeteria was excellent. The front desk gentleman I don’t know if he was a manager or not but no conversation yes or no answer and straight forward no conversation, not in the mood to talk.
What are you talking about? why am I getting this email when my reservation was canceled with no notification prior to me arriving to hotel??
We arrived to this hotel, the front desk person told me to my face that my reservation was cancelled and they had no room for us. This hotel did not notify me and Expedia did not notify me that our reservation was canceled prior to me arriving to the hotel. Front desk lady also told me Expedia would refund my money, not Hampton Inn.
I feel like I should be getting an apology from Expedia and Hampton Inn for this issue.
You can forward this email to the higher powers that be, like your leadership and let them know I will NEVER use Expedia again for my travel plans and I will NEVER book at Hampton Inn. I will be sure to share my unfortunate experience with everyone I know.

We booked and prepaid our reservation. We got to the hotel and stafd was rude. Not only were they out of power but did not notify us or gave us refund! I disputed this with Expedia and they said that hotel manager refused to refund even though THE HOTEL was the one who canceled due to no power! Dont bother staying here! Rude and unprofessional.
Old and smelly. Looked nothing like the photos. Left the very next morning and only stayed the night because we arrived at midnight. They have ventilation fans on every floor because of the mold smell.. just felt gross waking up in that hotel can’t believe they are affiliated with Hilton honors
