This is a horrible establishment and even more horrendous staff!! They are inconsiderate, incompetent liars and above all THEIFS!! DO NOT come to this roachtel they will lie and steal from you!
My first review was rejected so let’s try this again!! I booked a room the night of lone star rally that Friday night, I come to my hotel to check after a night out I wait in the lobby around 230-300 the lady at the front could not find my reservation after 45 mins I decided to leave and get another room I ask the following day for my refund because they couldn’t find my reservation they say I never showed up there fore no refund. I simply state when I came they said there’s nothing they can do . I ask the lady at the front at the time her name she says she will not give it to me. I say I need to speak to a manager they say there’s not on “he’s out of the country” I say ok who do I speak with about my situation they respond with no one! After speaking to Expedia about it they take their side and agree I never showed up which is a LIE!! So therefore they are theifs because they still continue to do NOTHING to rectify the situation HORRIBLE ON EXPEDIA AND THE ROACHTEL
This is by far one of the worst experiences we had at a hotel. The rooms smelt disgusting, the updates look like they just added new wall paper but kept the same dingy carpet, beds and furniture. The mattress was super uncomfortable and it smelt like a smokers room. They charged a $75 nom refundable pet fee. They charged $20 for parking which was not mentioned anywhere!! They said they wld give $10 back after your day but regardless this place is in a sketchy location, the rooms are gross, elevators don’t work properly. I wld not stay here again. The staff was very rude. My mom stayed at Tru down the block and had a completely different experience and the hotel was extremely nice compared to ours.
Elevator not working. Wife and I had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Shower low pressure.
Overall Not the standard we have come to expect from Hampton Inn
Charge for parking. Wasn’t expecting that since there is plenty of space
Cable for TV was strung across lamps like it was a dorm room. Construction materials and equipment in halls. Low water pressure. Brought to management's attention three times during four-day stay and none of the matters were resolved.
