Nice location Landry’s Seafood next door and Rainforest cafe and IHOP !!! Beach access across the street !!! The Drink prices are to high and breakfasts buffet to much $ 22 per person no way !!! You can eat cheaper but other than that it has a nice pool area with stay cool walking surface around pool really nice looking

Electrical problems including lights kept dimming and brightening on their own, the TV kept turning off, phones beeped all night long (charging, not charging, charging, not charging). Connecting to the WIFI was a hassle, made me go to their page for approval several times. Once connected, it was sooooo slow, dial up would have been faster.

The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of amenities. Perfect location and spacious rooms. The only thing I would say if the customer service is not welcoming at all. I would stay again because of hotel itself, but their customer service will have some customers not return.

Our stay at the Hilton was very good. However, the service is poor. We tried to eat at the hotel, after waiting at the restaurant to be seated, no one came to assist us, we went to main desk, eventually we were seated, after a period of time with no service, we walked across the lobby to the bar, again after several minutes, and catching the bar staff eye, we inquired if there was table serve, yes was the reply. After more time waiting, we left and went up the street to another restaurant were we were served in a timely manner. Over 30 minutes waiting for service!

Air vents completely clogged and coming out vent cover, my allergies were horrible. We ordered a cheeseburger and fries , they forgot sauces 2 times had to ask caught attitude . Then realized no cheese so went inside to ask if we could get cheese on it she slapped a pice of cold cheese and said “ better!), I asked if they could please melt it on the burger and she continued to be extremely rude. Hot tub not working

We so loved this hotel! From the moment we checked in to our departure everything went perfect. They even texted us a couple of times to see if all was ok! Lovely rooms, great beds, soft pillows, black out curtains if you don’t want to look at the great views of the water. Free water bottles. Crabtree toiletries. Big shout out to the cafe servers. The most friendly ladies I’ve encountered at a restaurant! I will sing the hotels praises daily!

This hotel has everything. Breakfast was a ten out of ten. Staff exceeded expectations as far as hospitality goes. Very kind considerate and helpful. I will be staying here again in the future.

Check in starts at 4. We waited 1.5 hours for our room to be ready. Went to the desk at 4 our room wasn't ready. We had dinner plans at 5. At 530 I received a text that our room was ready. The shower was warm. I like a steamy shower. I was freezing in the shower. It is a very nice property. Room was very nice. We stayed here for one night. Pool is very nice.
