Everything was clean except the bottom of the shower when we arrived. Gray color scheme of the room was very depressing. Staff very helpful. Pool access was confusing. A permanent sign on the wall at the doors says pool is open 6 am -11 pm. There were other signs saying 9 am - 10 pm. When I asked a staff member, he didn't even know the other sign was there. Restaurant food was good.

I found the staff to be incredibly kind and helpful! The grounds were clean, the food was good, and the service was amazing! For those with families, the hotel offered activities for children such as balloon art and face painting. Popsicles by the pool and freshly-baked cookies some evenings were another sweet gesture by the staff. My only disappointment was that they did not allow guests to bring insulated water bottles to the pool, although many guests did. I'm sure they had their reasons, but having your ice water in 100-degree temperatures makes for a better experience than having to refill tiny cups of melted water provided by the hotel.

Worse experience Ever!!

The firs at the hotel was going okay check in was fast, (7/3 was check in) we got settled and was exploring the hotel once we got ready to eat dinner we decided to eat on the property at Bistro well that wasn’t a good idea it was a roach crawling while we waited for our burgers I notified the server and she then notified the manager older African American Woman who did absolutely nothing at all ……. We left the restaurant and went to turn in for the room and once we got settled there was this horrible mold smell coming out of the bathroom my mother was with us her and my wife got a instant headache… I have a few pictures of the crack and molding… this was our first time staying at a Hilton hotel we will never stay again. It’s suppose to be a nice hotel however it wasn’t and for the price of two nights for a “Resort “ it was literally just a pool and hot tub nothing special that I seen or experienced
