You can tell the building is tattered from the shore weather and time. For instance, the floor is warped in our room so it feels like we are walking on hills and the paint is patchy. Mostly cosmetic things. We did have a maintenance issue with our room phone and that was fixed quickly. However, the stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The room was clean, but it smelled like pot on my floor, and no one was willing to investigate where the offensive odor was coming from. Everything was just OK, but I did really like the employee who was working at the front desk on the morning of 5/18. She helped me, and quite possibly, saved us from missing our cruise because my phone got water on it and wouldn’t charge and I didn’t know where to go. Also appreciated the man who was working at the front desk on the afternoon of 5/17.

Moldy and mildew smell

We stayed one night before our first cruise as a family. The staff was friendly. However, the hotel and especially our room smelled of mold and mildew. It was HORRIBLE! My son and I ended up greeting pretty sick because of this and made several days of our cruise not enjoyable. If you have any type of bad allergies- do not stay here.

The entire hotel is very run down. We had a reservation for 4 days. The front desk associate didn't even greet me upon arrival. She didn't talk talk to me at all aside from asking for a card on file for damages if needed and told me the room number, that was all! We stayed on the 4th floor. The view was amazing but the wifi didn't work the entire time. I told the front desk girl and she said "I'll get tech on it" but she never did. Our key cards kept resetting.. we had to go multiple times to get them set to our room again.. again the front desk girl said "I'll get tech to check it out" never happened. The bathroom was in very very poor shape. The shower head was disgusting and the water pressure was horrible. We've been here multiple times throughout the years but after this stay we will not return.

We got moved here by Expedia after a terrible experience at another hotel. Staff was super understanding and so attentive. The room was nice, the view was good, and we were close to everything we wanted to do. I would recommend to anyone. Very budget friendly. I would stay again.

It was not in the busiest part of the seawall. Could get in and out of the property. The staff was great, friendly and helpful!! The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working and could not lift the blackout shade to bring light into my room in the day. Had a great view of the beach from the balcony. It was perfect for my little vacation. Thank you!!
