We primarily enjoyed the hotel for it's proximity to the beach. We could easily access the beach each day. The beds were comfortable and there were good breakfast options. Areas that could be improved is the friendliness of staff. We arrived about 2:15 and were told our room would be ready by 2:30 or 3:00, so we decided to wait before venturing out. At 3:00 I went back to the desk to ask again and was told no it was not ready, but they would call housekeeping to find out when. I was not told an answer. Again at 4:00, I went to ask again and a different person was there. When I told her I had already asked twice, she just said, "check-in is at 4:00" She didn't apologize for the miscommunication or even smile. I just wondered why the first person didn't say this? The other issue was that on 2 nights the people in the room upstairs banged around until 1:00am, so sleeping was difficult. Finally, I did hear that people staying at the connected hotel (TRU) were only charged $10/night for parking while Home2Suites charged $20/night. Both hotels used the same lot, so that seemed unfair and excessive to me. Other than these issues the hotel was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Excelente opción en Galveston, edificaciones nuevas e impecables, lo mejor EL PERSONAL son MUY AMABLES Y EDUCADOS , definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí, reciben perros es fee es 75 no reembolsable pero está bien, el parking tampoco está incluido pero son 20$ El desayuno mejor de lo que esperábamos súper completo y caliente Perfecto 100% recomendado

Amazing stat every time

We first visited this Hotel 2 years ago and had such a nice time we have chosen to come back two other times! All three times the staff was amazing very helpful the rooms are always clean comfortable and accommodating!! I’ve had issues with other hotels in the past were we would reserve a room with an ocean view to only get there and the room wasn’t available! Not one time has that happened at this hotel! Our ocean view is always available for us to enjoy! There’s a wonderful Breakfast each morning and an area to relax in charge your devices watch some tv & play some foosbal!!! Of course we wish the hotel was a bit more affordable but as long as yall continue giving us such a great experience I’m willing to pay! You guys are the best!!!
