Location was great.Not all staff but some showed no Enthusiasm Or friendliness they demeanor was not friendly they looked tired the did not so no enthusiasm or excited about them having guest not all of them but a few in particular, Especially one in particular. We have Decided to visit Galveston again around the third weekend in December I will let my husband choose the hotel. I chose this one.. Thanks

Disappointed with our stay. Terrible customer service on the phone prior to check in. Our room had ants (we woke up to ants in our bags too) and the bed sheets were stained. Breakfast was fine but we were honestly just ready to leave

We only stayed one night before a cruise but it was perfect. We were able to walk to get ice cream and then walk along the beach on the way back. We definitely want to come back for a longer stay!

My room was amazing, even got early checkin! The staff was nice and loved you could text anything you needed to the concierge. Pool area was nice and the view from the balcony was amazing.

Love the setup of the rooms with the kitchenette and the pet friendly policy. The facility is nice and well maintained. The room was dirty. The sheets themselves were clean, but the bed spread and topper smelled very bad, like dogs. The floor was slimy and had a sticky, sandy feel to it. Overall it was a good stay, but something has to be done about the bed topper.
