The hotel room was very clean and so were the linens. The bed pillows were TERRIBLE! Hard as rocks. One of the elevators was out of service so checking out or going downstairs took a long time.

When we arrived we were told the elevator was out due to the storm. They waived the $20 parking fee for the inconvenience. We lugged our stuff up stairs for 2 days. Only 1 elevator was back in use as of some time last night and the staff took up all the room in those this morning. The drain in the tub was stuck closed so we had to rig it to stay open. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, it got very stuffy in there. The shade didnt work for the window. Also the people who were directly above me sounded as if a herd of elephants were bouncing balls all night/day long. I was asked how the trip was twice.Nobody reached out. Its nonrefundable for a reason. This is a poor excuse for a Hilton hotel!

Steer clear of this place! All I can say good about it is the location. The staff was one of the worst I have ever experienced. Absolutely no customer service! There is a sign in the room stating rooms will be cleaned every other day, when they didn’t come we asked front desk and they said it is our responsibility to request room cleaning/replenishing 24 hours in advance! We were out of towels and toilet paper our trash was overflowing…3 hours went by and they still had not come. Had to ask them AGAIN. They finally brought the items but never took the trash out the 4 days we were there. The last night electric went out. No AC. Breaker box was making noise and flashing light, called front desk they assured someone would be up to check it, no one ever came. Power wasn’t restored until the next morning, but the elevator never worked during checkout. We got no sleep that night and all they could do was say it wasn’t their fault so nothing they could do. The best they could do was half refund of the one night, even though there is a huge sign on the wall in their lobby stating “if you’re not completely satisfied with your stay we will refund that night”. False advertising!

I requested room service to clean my room and replace the towels on the second day of our stay, but they never arrived for the four days we stayed there. Cleaning of rooms was upon request, but still, they never showed up. There is trash outside the elevators, and I would have appreciated it if they cleaned the area around the elevators more frequently. The breakfast was excellent, and I loved how they changed things to create new options. Not enough parking.
