Went to the Galvez for their huge and I mean HUGE Thanksgiving Day Brunch and spent the night after brunch. The brunch was amazing and the check in and stay at the hotel were easy.

That island, and the people who live there are definitely used to catering to White and not having very many blacks to live in that hotel because there was times it took a little bit of effort to get service or to get the attention of the staff when they see us coming they would just ignore us until we said something to them

Look, I really never leave reviews in general, but I feel like on their side they should specify their parking situation. The bartenders ought to be friendly. The carpet shouldn’t feel like it’s mildewy. I’m honestly appalled that I had to book a stay here, the only thing grand was the bill at the end of my stay. Jesus!
