Breakfast options were good. Good beds. We had no full-size bath towels, which was kind of confusing to us. But overall good service. Would like to see complimentary water bottles or change the price of waters from $2 to $1.

the receptionist was up front and let me know that there was no hot water and if we wanted to cancel. we were just there for one night, 3 three kids and myself. Area was good, Room was okay, couple stains in bathroom nothing you just can't wipe down. Breakfast was okay, one waffle maker was broken so the line was longer but no biggie. staff was nice, we had a good night sleep before boarding. thank you for being up front when something was wrong. That def makes communication great. Thank you for that!

Convenient parking to catch a cruise, when checked in was sent to a room that was dirty had not been cleaned, sent us to another room, larger nicer room, but we had no hot water and the window shade did not work. Parking to unload luggage is a bit of a cluster. The two ladies who checked us in and out were super nice, very accommodating and helpful.

Short stay!

Was in town for a cruise, so I stayed a couple days. Hotel right off the freeway ramp. Target, dollar general and a few other stores, across from hotel. Quiet and clean. Front desk lady where very nice and welcoming. Both ladies. Would stay again, if cruising out of Galveston.
