Walk in and no one was at the desk or around the reception area. Had to wait over an hour for room to be ready. Receptionist, which I believe was the owner was not personable and had no greeting for us or anyone else that tried to check-in. Barely had any hot water. Sheets smelled sour.

The hotel staff that greeted us when we arrived was super nice lady. The hotel was a bit run down and for the price it seemed very overpriced . It could be because of the last minute booking?? The breakfast was not that great. I’d rather pay for breakfast elsewhere.

Everything was really good, but the breakfast was cold! The only thing hot was the coffee. If you could get the batter for a waffle out of the container, you could cook it long enough to get it warm. But the scrambled eggs and ham — all cold! And the juice tasted watered down.

The property was nice, however, it was ducked off behind another hotel. They stand on their policy with check in time being actually at 4pm. If your staying 2 nights, room service do not come in daily, its only upon request. There was like a mill dew smell in the elevator but some things cant be helped when your next to the sea wall and you have a pool outside. My room was nice and spacious. I enjoyed how the the entire flooring the room was wooded flooring with carpeting only surrounding the bed. My bathroom was really nice, spacious, and clean. I will say when you first walk into the room, it might seem warm at first, but the fan is running and it gets cool fast. I chevked my bed for bed bugs and i will admit, i was relieved to know that the hotel had the bed zipped up in a cover, with a bed topper over the zipped up mattress. I was also relieved that the hotel had the box springs covered as well with a fitted sheet to keep them covered. Thank you for the hospitality.

The bedding used on this property need to be replaced. The mattress had no comfort to it what-so-ever and the pillows felt like bricks. Every time I rolled over, I could feel the springs in the mattress stabbing me in the back or side and the mattress squeak louder than the volume on the alarm clock beside my bed. This location is one that I will not be coming back too.

One of the better options in the area. King deluxe was very spacious, with a sectional and 2 TVs. Hotel also had working elevators, which was convenient for luggage. Location was great, near just about everything. Housekeeping could have been better, but other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel for me, my husband and daughter because of childhood memories where my parents got our family a hotel here when we went to the coast over a decade ago. Should’ve known things have changed. I am so upset I even have to put a review but I feel people should know the truth. For how rude and dirty the hotel was with crappy amenities, do not spend the money here. I paid about 350$ for two rooms for ONE night. I got two rooms because my husband snores so loud and I didn’t want him to wake our baby. I paid in advance a week ahead. When I arrived to see if I could check in early so my baby could nap at about 2pm, they said no. I arrive at 4:30 to check in after a couple hours at the beach instead just to find out my husband and my rooms were on different floors. I asked about why they weren’t next to each other but the man at the rest just shut me down quickly saying “no they’re not next to each others and no we can’t move you.” So I took my ONE key card for room 321 and my husband got TWO key cards for his room on the second floor (217). I went to my room ready to settle down with my very young child. Just to find out that I didn’t have a microwave in my room to heat up my leftovers from lunch so then we had to order pizza for delivery for dinner because I was too exhausted from driving HOURS to the coast and spending a few hours on the beach to move rooms. Even just to my husbands room which was both cleaner and HAD A MICROWAVE. Don’t get me started on parking.
