The floors, bathroom, beddings etc are neat and clean. None of the USB-A ports on the wall outlets works, so cable only is not sufficient, and you need bring charger for your phone and electronics.

Nice clean functioning hot tub and pool

The best part about this hotel was very clean functioning hot tub and pool. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was a very large flat screen. The breakfast was okay.

Nice Hotel

The outside is nice. It's in a good location and real close to the seawall. The beds were not comfortable, the shower rod was coming out of the wall in the restroom, some other cosmetics that needed attention in the restroom and the door to the restroom would not shut all of the way. If you forced it closed, you may not get out.

The front desk person was arguing with a customer while I waited in line. He was very rude. We arrived at approximately 4:30 so we went straight to our room dropped our things off and left to go to the Strand as the shops close at six. When we got back and I took a shower, I noticed mold on the ceiling and the shower water pressure was horrible. The TV also wasn’t working, but I managed to jiggle it and make it work. I thought I would kindly call the front desk and let them know of these issues. I expressed that I didn’t feel I was getting my money’s worth and he immediately got on the defensive and said I don’t make the pricing Wyndham does. Then I tried to explain to him about the mold in the shower and how the shower didn’t work properly and his response was “if you had come down here earlier, I would’ve put you in a new room “ I explained to him that we hadn’t done that because we rushed out to see the strand and go to dinner. I wasn’t wanting him to do anything. I was just wanting him to be aware of the situation so they could make it better for the next person he was talking over me and being very rude and then he hung up on me. I I have since called Wyndham customer care and reported this to them as I felt that this is not the way that they would want their hotel run. My husband and I travel across the US annually as we are snowbirds and have frequent La Quinta hotels and never had issues like this. I would never stay there again. The breakfast was cold also.
