The room had a not so pleasant smell and furniture was „older“ but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

I appreciate the extra space/storage and the balcony; they are such wonderful features. I did run into a few of small issues during my stay. I noticed that the ice bucket had mold around the lid, and the Wi-Fi was slow, which made it challenging to stay connected at times. Also, the indoor pool was closed, which was a bummer. Lastly, I found the bed a little less comfortable than I had hoped, as I could feel the springs.

I have videos…. There were roaches and extremely loud noises throughout the stay. Front desk (Lala) was very rude and threatened to call the police to remove us after Manager gave permission for late stay. Housekeeping walked in while we were unrobed. Worse experience!!!!! We couldnt get any rest at all. And the management and staff miscommunicated and had different times and the worker was stating she only gave us to 230 but when I spoke with the manager, she stated 5 PM when I went back downstairs there’s just a lot of miscommunication to come to find out, the worker had the information incorrectly. I want a Refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We just left we I will get it. there unprofessional and rude. Threatening to call the polie is absurd.
