Every room has a great view of the Gulf of America. The staff are friendly and welcoming while at the same time very busy in an on-the-ball kind of way. It seems that they really take cleaning seriously because the rooms and atmosphere look and feel clean. I’ve had a lengthy stay and have felt very much at home.

Hotel needs some upgrades..I choose this hotel for the location and mainly the pool for my son, to get disappointed with the pool is indoor, small, chlorine smelled too strong ! We couldn’t use it! Hotel room had unpleasant musty smell! Hotel Location is very good, just cross the road to the beach. We appreciated that they had enough towels though and shower water pressure was good.

For the price, very disappointed. Smoke & mildew smell everywhere & it seems they have tried to cover with extremely strong smelling spray. $200. For $20 more how I wish I’d booked a different one that we like. That’s what I get for being cheap. Signs everywhere saying not responsible for theft& linens are tagged so you can’t steal. Really?!!?!?

The room was small but clean. Staff was very nice. The hotel was showing it's age. We stayed here the night before getting on our cruise. We were set to leave our car here while we were gone but got a text the morning of our stay that they could not honor that due to maintenance on the parking lot. It would have been nice to know this a little earlier. We ended up paying for parking at the port and all that was left was the economy lot. Other than that, the hotel was OK.
