I need to report that our room had mold on the ceiling, walls, Vent and lamp shade. We did not realize that's what it was until we woke up during the night and next morning with allergy like symptoms. We were in room 414. I reported it to the front desk Sunday morning. On top of that there was no shower curtain in our bathroom, we had to call to request one. Also as we were trying to leave the elevator was extremely slow and when it did finally make it to the 4th floor there was not room due to a working with their cart. So I took the stairs down. As I past floor one to head to the ground floor their were signs advising to stop, saying emergency exit only and that an al would sound. This was the only way to get down to parking other than the elevator. As I approached the door it had additional signs warning to stop. The door looked like it had been alarmed but the wire was cute. I don't normally complain but this was a lot and still today my daughter and I are coughing and congested. I will attach pictures of the room and exit door.

Hotel was fair. I was able to have my service Animal with no fuss. But the room itself was rundown and dirty. Big huge stains on the carpet. It didn’t look like the carpet had been vacuumed in a while. To get room service was awful. And then when we got room service, they forgot our door open so when we came back to our room, it was just unlocked and open free. We had valuables in the room. We asked for them not to be in our room when we were not there. But they have their policies and their policies are not going to work for us in future. Therefore, they will not get a better rating. Everyone was very friendly. When going down for breakfast it was always packed. It seemed like they had some construction going on so there wasn’t enough seatings. There’s just too many people and not enough space. For example when having breakfast everyone is shoulder to shoulder either while serving you food and eating we had to share a table with stranger. Sharing a table is not a big deal but when they’re coughing and not very clean with their self when they’re eating and it travels over to the people around them. The refrigerator didn’t work. We didn’t ask for room service everyday but we did ask for towels and they charged be $2-$4 dollars and they didn’t let me know. They just charged me for them. I didn’t know that they were doing that.

The rooms smells musty and wet. The toilet flush does not fill up again after usage. We have to manually remove the toilet lid and giggle parts of it so it will fill up again. The breakfast menu is not very appealing. We came to this hotel other times before but I am not sure if we will be back. 😢

Great customer service

The hotel is nice it does have a muggy smell but it’s due to the beach being just across the street if you open the window for a while the smell when away. The from desk personnel was nice and they gave us some options on restaurants.

The staff was friendly, and the rate was decent for a summer weekend at beachfront hotel. The elevators are a little slow, and the indoor pool had air conditioning which made it a little too nippy, even for summertime. The breakfast was plentiful, dining area clean, but they started putting food away while people were actively trying to refill their cups, or grab something for their already made plates. Additionally, they recently started allowing pets to stay, and you can tell. The entire 2nd floor, and our room on the 2nd floor smelled like dog pee. Not in a faint way, a very overpowering smell of urine. They really should stop allowing pets, or get the carpets heavily cleaned. Overall it was nice, id stay again if everything didn't smell like pee.
