Good for overnight on a budget.
We just staid one night so we could be close for our cruise departure the following day. For that purpose, it met our needs. It is on the seawall so beach is right across the street and Saltgrass is within walking distance. For a short, cheap stay, it’s great, if you’re looking for luxury, or even comfortable, this place isn’t really for you.

Excellent for pre cruise night stay. Practically on the water; can walk to Saltgrass Restaurant; but baby roach in bathroom drain; no one available in office-locked door, for roughly 10 mins. However, was very clean!

Great overnight if Cruising
For the price, the room was comfortable and clean. Only complaint was luke warm water, not hot. Breakfast consist of coffee and muffins.

The room and beds were nice but that hot water was completely lacking in the sink and barely warm enough in the shower. No soaps were provided but brought my own anyway.

Very small room- but clean!
The room was very small and have to move around with 2 adults and 2 children. Parking was very limited as well which was also a problem. However, the room was clean and the cheapest motel on seawall. The location was nice too as it was right across from the water and within walking distance of some shops.

You pay for what you get
I was there for a cruise so I didnt need much. The one thing that bothered me that the room was “wet” floor was wet due to the heat I guess outside but the room smelt and felt wet. Floor was wet and had an odor of wetness not mildew but wetness

Property is located in front of the beach and is very accessible to domain Avenue. Hotel was very clean and in good working order. Needs more attention at the front desk in the field of hospitality. Not very friendly
