There were no towels in the room. The bathroom door had been scratched up by an animal. There was something that looked like road on the ceiling. And even on our second day when I asked for them just to change out the towels they never did. But the staff was nice and friendly. Which is why it has a three-star rating instead of a 2.

The staff was the only thing that was good. The room was filthy, dirt, stuff all over floor. The mirrors looked liked if they were cleaned they were cleaned with a grease rag. Shower was nasty and pieces fallen There were loud noises all day and nighnight in parking lot people beingaloud to work on cars and listen to music loudly. Trash all over prperty lot. I will never recommend or stay in this place again.apart

our route was not even made. They blame it on. I didn’t get assigned to it. They went to clean it within five minutes. They said the room was ready. I would not recommend anybody to stay in this hotel.

This hotel is very unsanitary, the beds are soiled, the bathroom is filthy, no towels, no trash and no customer service, I even asked to get a different room there was no reconciliation to the situation. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying in this hotel.

Looks like a stash house hotel horrible condition, ended up paying and not staying. Me and my two kids left the property right after checking in due to unsafe conditions.

The room was ok, nothing special or extra bad, but the bathroom looked like a murder scene from a horror movie. Weird stains on the floor and tub. No towls either not that we would have used the shower anyway.

What a dump this place is more like a crack user hotel than anything else. How Expedia has this hotel on their website is beyond me. The pictures on the website must be from another hotel because not one picture on the website is really the bedroom. The room was filthy, the bed was full of hairs and the sheets had cigarette burns. The floor was full of cigarette butts and trash. We went to the office to tell them of the condition of the room the clerk asked me if I wanted a broom to sweep the floor. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. We slept on the foot of the bed fully clothed even with our shoes on. The curtains could not be closed to keep people walking around from looking into the room. Please do not rent at this hotel you will regret it. If there would be a place to post pictures on this review I would post the pictures we took to show the true condition of this hotel.

Did not like it. Property outside was filthy dirty with trash all over, room bed was disgusting , very dirty bedding, one light (only) in room worked, lobby dirty; toilet seat wore out and unsafe, shower tub filthy . it looks like place used for drugs and prostitution. cockroaches . It was a nightmare. The only good thing was that we could park our car in their parking lot for free, for the duration of a cruise we took.

No towels, had to ask for a wash rag so we could wash our faces. Couldn’t take a shower because of no towels, bathroom was filthy. Tv remote wouldn’t work, didn’t even have a cover over the batteries had to manually turn tv on and off. Was supposed to have coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7 doors were locked and nobody was there. Couldn’t get any coffee. Basically we paid to sleep in a crappy bed. I think we should receive a full refund.

Ive stayed here mostly becausr of free cruise parking the place is not well maintained, the last 5 stays here i had to go ask for towels, no towels in the room, one time i had no toilet paper, i had to take cold shower because of no hot water, this place needs a major renovation, missing smoke detector and it goes on and on
