A place to sleep

To begin with there was an indian man baking bread in the sun in the middle ofthe parking lot. Another time a man was grilling right under thenstairs while playing liud mexican music. The door to our room unlocked about 1/2 the time as long as we held it just right per the front desk instructions. Large gap under door to room so there was really not a secure seal on the door. Fixtures have not been updated in at least 20 years. Bath tub had stains on bottom, Frankenstein hit or miss "upgrades". Toilet would not flush because chain was too long, which my husband fixed well enough for us to use it. Mattress was clean. Towels had brown stains. We just used it as a place to sleep.

It was like the Bates Motel without the killer. Paint was peeling off the wall, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the faucet to the shower was coming off

First it was a last minute booking and for the price was not expecting much, so thats on me. However, Did not think i was going to have to book another hotel that night! -Bathroom smelled like urine, (front desk person, said "i couldnt find the source of smell when i mopped eairlier, but i lysoled") -Curtains didnt shut all the way -Upon arrival there was a police man looking for someone, had the feeling of uncertainty -Bedsheets had bad odar as well By the end of it all, i tried getting some sort of redund but there was nothing they could do, which is understanable, but i couldnt stay the night there, especially traveling with a little one. I wouldnt recommend

The pictures on the website are not the same as the property. The bed had a long piece of hair in it under the sheets.I only stayed because it was late when I arrived. The covers on the bed had cigarette burns in it and gray pain on it the pillows where old and flat.I sprayed it with Lysol and Odor Ban before I got in it. The room door had a grap in it so you could see sunlight through it .The air conditioner made a loud noise like it was raining and it would come back on a few minutes after it had went off.The corners of the room were dirty.I cleaned the room with wipes,lysol and odorban before I used anything. The bathroom door and walls were stained with gray paint and the shower curtain was stained as well.This hotel has people living there and hanging around the outside.I will never stay here again and everything is old and outdated.I took pictures of this place for proof.

When the picture doesn’t match the property.

First day at this hotel was the worst day of my life. The room had residue of drug paraphernalia, no toilet paper, and no towels. There were no phones to call from desk: there’s signs of bedbugs and termites. One start is way too many to give a properly listed on hotels.com as regency inn but it’s really a Roafway Inn.
