Staff were rude and would just look and state at you as they walk around looking busy. I had a leg injury so I had a chair (small fold out one) and was told I couldn't have anything out side and if I wanted to sit them I could use my own vehicle. Night time there is traffic constantly in and out some being the same car back and forth all night.... Just plain not right

For the most part it was good, except for the cleaning. Toilet was extremely dirty. Looks like last visitor had an accident and it wasn’t properly cleaned before giving it to somebody else.

Front desk guy was super friendly, looks like they are renovating everything, some parts are ok and newer, some definitely not, was worried about putting things in the fridge.

Floors were not swept, only the bathroom light worked, bathtub had Sheetrock shavings and grout that had not been cleaned up, I had to wash it down to use it. It was nothing like the photos.

Disputing the charge with the credit card. There was multiple drops of dried blood on the floor. The room had a strong stench. Visible cigarette burns on the bed. The bathroom had visible urine stains and fecal matter on the walls and tub. Half of the lights didn’t work. Conditions were unacceptable and deplorable. Picture of the property on Expedia are deceiving.

At the time of my writing this, the property seemed to have been undergoing renovation or repairs. That said, I was surprised at the state of disrepair in which I found my room. The wooden floor was broken, all surfaces were dusty or dirty, there were holes in the blanket where people had put out cigarettes, and there were hand prints all over the headboard of the bed. There were also stains on the lampshades. I have no idea how that even happened. I hope the staff sets the property in order soon, for the sake of future residents, but I would advise others to stay somewhere else for now.

Cockroachs… Worst place I have ever stayed at ever. it was in Process of remodeling over spray and unfinished sheet rock repairs. But the cockroach on top of the toilet at 3am was not super surprising considering the conditions of the place is a real dump. The exterior needed painting badly the door and framing dented and day light shows through. Ac was noisy and a lot of the metal framing around the ac were off or partially detached Full trash cans in the walkways The 2 cracked out employees were friendly though. This place should not be allowed on Expedia does not meet a minimum standard.

This place need a whole room renovation. It was holes in the walls, stains on the walls and floor. and the bathroom, I wouldn't even blow my nose in there. Just nasty.

I knew we weren't staying at a 4 star hotel, but was really taken back by the condition of the room. No smoke detector or phone to contact the front desk. We were there for 4 nights and never had a room refresh. I had to go to the office for clean towels and toilet paper. Wallpaper coming off the walls and you couldn't take a bath, just shower...which was good because the tub was a mess. Mold on the shower curtain and the toilet looked like it came from an old elementary school so short. The sign said under new management, so I can only hope they plan on making needed renovations!

The location is ok, i requested a non smoking room, the room smelling was weed always (we needed to buy a candle) People outside rooms smoking (not nice) and that made me feel unsafe. It says not pets allowed and I saw a big dog in one of the rooms, also someone left 2 bags of trash outside our room and was there the 2 days. The staff very nice.
