This is a spacious apartment with a small living area, kitchenette, overlooking a charming street in downtown Galway. We loved the ability to walk to various sites, restaurants, and Galway's many excellent pubs. Highly recommended. Bring a good raincoat. We got drenched and had to iron our clothes dry.

Small

Small cramped room. We had enough room to move between the beds if we were single File. Really about 1 foot wide walk way between the beds. The windows needed to stay open to help cool the space but the blinds broke so that blocked the breeze. With the windows open you would hear all the street noise. Would not stay there again.

Some issues checking in but staff very apllogetic and helpful in rectifying it. Room as adverstised, ckean and comfortable. Great location.

The king room was very small and below street level. Check the room measurements if it would be of concern. It's a great location, but mostly a place for a comfortable sleep in a queen size bed.

Visit to Galway

Eyre Townhouse exellent location especially for travellers to Galway via train or coach as just 10 mins walk from Ceannt station. It's located off Eyre Square. Only downside is noise from passing traffic at night. Breakfast wasn't available as their café next door was closed when I visited.

This property was a very convient place to get to from the train station. It was easy to walk to car rental when we were leaving. Galway has so much life, live music, so many restaurants and bars and shopping.

Eyre Square Townhouse was in a great location. It was less than half a block to the city park. Wonderful cafe next door and shops all around. It was an easy walk to and from the train and or bus. The townhouse was very quiet at night to sleep.

The location was perfect! Close to shopping, pubs, and the train station. Luckily we didn’t have a car as there is limited parking right near the townhouse, although there is a car park for the nearby mall which is walkable. The room was cozy but lots of storage and a beautiful big washroom! We found the wifi would disconnect during the night so we’d be roaming in the a.m so just something to keep an eye on. We found the reception staff to be not very outgoing, a bit standoffish. Perhaps these townhouses operate a bit differently than hotels or other Airbnbs. On the upside, there was a fridge outside our room where we could store our drinks and leftover pizza! If you want a fantastic brunch, go to the cafe next door - it was excellent!!

We had a double room and it was very cramped. The location was fine, just a walk down a busy street to the main section of Cork. The hotel has a back outdoor area that was great for sitting around with refreshments in the fresh air.

Perfectly situated on a quiet street surrounded by shops, restaurants, and super close to the Latin quarter. The room was minimalist but clean. Comfortable bed, nice linens, and good water pressure. Delly helped us with late check-in and was very kind to us during our stay. She went above and beyond to make our time at the Eyre Square Townhouse peaceful and comfortable. Would return without hesitation.
