Hotel was fine after I requested a room change as they very obviously forgot to vacuum after the last guest. I was disappointed that they were not apologetic at all for the inconvenience. I mentioned it again at check out and after some discussion was offered a small reduction in cost. Other than this all was good.

The room is basic relative to the high room rate. The breakfast was okay (sans the bologna). The bed was comfortable. AC in the room was set too cold and could not be adjusted without unplugging the unit.

Good location. Price way too high for quality of this hotel. Breakfast was ok but limited choices. Staff were accommodating. It was quiet considering the hotel was full. The bed was nice and we had an older love seat in the room could use an upgrade. No daily room service and you have to call the front desk if you need anything.

Entrance area ( both) are terrible with those concrete lane dividers. Hardly enough room for a compact car let along large trucks and SUV’s to safely enter property. it’s really unbelievable that they have them in place, a real hazard for drivers.

Room was ok, everything else is very poor.

Room was ok. Towels are from 1980. Pool was extremely dirty. From cloudy water, hair floating and to a film of grim along the whole wall of the water line. Breakfast “buffet” was a joke. Not even edible.

what i didnt like is, the bathroom very small could hardly close the door, the bed very tall i had to roll on the bed to get in it not very easy for a 5ft person. The breakfast was ridiculous. Toast scrambled eggs, bologna and waffles was all there was. No selection for people that dont like these items.

Beds were very soft (saggy) and they also creaked with every movement. Otherwise the room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast bar is too crowded with all options on one counter resulting in long lines.
