The staff was wonderful there was someone to come by every day to clean the room. Also, it was very easy to access all shopping centers plus local dining.

super nice staff, nice area and convenient

We have been staying at Shilla Stay for four years now, and every single visit has been a wonderful experience. The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service. The staff are always welcoming, attentive, and eager to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Over the past four years, Shilla Stay has truly felt like our home away from home. We couldn't be happier with our experiences and highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service and hospitality!

Good location, a short walk from Seoul station. Room was cosy, but completely functional. Perfect for a short stay in Seoul.

I usually stay down the street from this hotel, at a nearby Sheraton. I couldn't get a room there so I opted for the Hotel Manu. It was an excellent decision. The location, two blocks from Seoul Station and a block from Namdaemun Market, is spectacular. Easy access from the elevated walkway or via street level door. The breakfast was Western and customizable. There is a hopping sports bar on the ground level and a 7-11 across the street. The rooms are large and well-appointed. This is no my favorite place to stay in downtown Seoul.

Room was mostly clean but could have been cleaner with some areas quite dusty (behind TV etc.) Seemed more spacious in photos but was not quite the same. Bathroom was clean and cleaning service was responsive. Laundry was decent and the kitchen was not too bad. "Kitchen" could have done with a few more basics for cooking and eating. Air conditioning was great. Conveniently located near the subway with a lot of restaurants and food nearby. Staff were extremely helpful though primarily Korean speaking so having some sort of translation app will be handy. Would probably still stay here for the convenience and ease of travel around Seoul.
