Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Avoid, very bad option in Ganja

Avoid. They claimed we had to pay again upon arrival, though our reservation and payment was confirmed. We obviously didn’t. No wifi in the room, staff didn’t help us with it. They charged us for the pool (which was dirty and smelly) without previous notice. We didn’t get the room we paid for (which had a balcony). Very nasty owner, blaming us (not sure what for) instead of helping out.
