O hotel precisa planejar melhor as manutenções.
Quando chegamos, começaram uma manutenção no ar-condicionado do quarto que iríamos ficar. Devido a essa manutenção, trocaram a gente para um quarto bem pequeno onde a cama ficava em cima da porta de entrada, claramente era um quarto inferior que não poderia ser chamado de quarto luxo. Não gostamos e imediatamente ligamos para a recepção para solitar um novo quarto. Nossa solicitação para um quarto compatível foi atendida, mas a vista do quarto onde ficaríamos era bem melhor do que a vista do quarto onde tivemos que ficar. Além disso, a água quente da pia não funcionava, tornando a lavagem das mãos uma tortura com a água que estava super gelada. O café da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários são bem educados e atenciosos.

Localização boa, porém necessita dedetização
O hotel tem uma localização muito boa, com garagem ampla, próximo a galeria, bares e restaurantes. Fica perto de igrejas e do relógio das flores. Acredito que passou por reforma recentemente. O quarto quádruplo acomodou bem um casal e dois filhos. O café da manhã foi completo e variou ao longo da estadia. Funcionários acessíveis e simpáticos. O ponto negativo foi a questão da limpeza, acredito que precise atualizar a dedetização, pois apareceram besouros, minhocas e barata.

Garanhuns Palace tem excelente custo/benefício, uma localização excelente, recepção cuidadosa, piscina boa, quartos confortáveis ainda que pequenos mas tudo ok para mim que só utilizava para banho e sono pois passear era o objetivo da viagem, infelizmente o seu ponto fraco é o café da manhã: uma TV ligada falando para ninguém, sucos ralos, pães ruins, apresentação descuidada, poucos funcionários para dar conta do salão. Melhorando o café da manhã, se tornará uma excelente opção de estadia para a cidade!

Bom, porém precisa melhorar
A localização do hotel é perfeita, perto de tudo praticamente e o atendimento é muito bom! Porém, em relação a organização do hotel, deixou a desejar em alguns pontos: Wi-Fi não funcionou direito, precisando que usássemos os dados móveis; o quarto não tinha local adequado para deixar as toalhas molhadas (como estava no inverno, no primeiro uso as folhas já ficaram bem úmidas); Só é disponibilizado 1 cartão de acesso ao quarto (estávamos em 4, mas apesar disso, eles se dispuseram a abrir a porta caso chegássemos em horários distintos). E a TV do quarto não é tá smart, portanto só conseguimos assistir canais.

A Estadia foi muito boa. O Atendimento na recepção foi excelente ( Acácio foi muito prestativo). O café da manhã muito bom, a localização boa e os atendentes do restaurante foram muito solícitos. O quê ficou a desejar foi a imagem da Televisão. No mais, o Hotel é muito bom.
