October 2, had the rudest desk clerk ever in the evening. Asked for some creamer or coffee whitener for the room but she was too busy on her phone. Simply said they had none????? Otherwise the stay was great. Didn’t bother with the muffins or whatever was offered for breakfast as was told it was mediocre. Key cards don’t work on all doors so basically enter by front door. Grocery store across the street. A fast drive to Savannah central. Visitors center a great place to park. Access to all tours.

The property was very clean. Our room was great very clean. The ad said restaurant and bar on the property. There was a restaurant it was not open for breakfast and the bar was not open yet and that’s one of the reason we picked it so we had to go off premises for breakfast, or for a drink didn’t care for the rundown next wasn’t sure if it was safe or not but very happy with the room and the service

The property is new so things were nice. The staff was nice and pretty helpful. Our only complaint was the management. We are from New Orleans and traveled interstate 10 to get to Savannah. Because of the hurricane and it's forecasted track which by the way included Savannah. We decided to leave the hotel and head home Wednesday morning. Our reservation was until Thursday. When we spoke with management, they said we had to pay for Wed night because we had reserved until Thursday checkout. Considering the circumstances I really think they should not have charged us for the last night. So after telling you about our stay at this hotel we will not stay there again if we come back to Savannah.

Got a hotel room because of a power outage. Refuse to refund even partially. Manager was rude, not accommodating at all. I would never stay with this hotel chain ever again.Because of that kind of attitude and not being valued as a customer

Only complaint is the strict noise policy. For a hotel that allows pets , there should at least be a phone call to the owner regarding a noisy pet before expulsion.

We had to leave a day early due to Hurricane Helene and they charged us for the final night anyway and refused to give a refund. Terrible policy!
