The property is not new but they do keep it neat and tidy.. however the carpet in the room is very dirty..and there’s a smell associated with that.. they absolutely need vinyl flooring to keep the floors sanitary.. nobody wants to walk on a carpet that thousands of dirty feet and shoes have been on.. bring your flip flops!

Check in took a long time although I had supposedly checked in on line. Room was clean. The water flow in the shower was not working properly and more water came from the tub faucet than the shower head even though the shower was on. The carpeting through out the building felt like it needed updating. Staff was friendly.

The property was fine. The only thing on the property that wasn't as good was that one of the elevators wasn't working. The other unusual thing was the extra $100 deposit fee (to be refunded if we didn't smoke in the room in 10 days). It is the only hotel of the many I have stayed in that had this.

Play definitely needs to be updated of the elevators wasn’t working broken furniture in the room dirty bathtub mold smell. I paid over $900 for three nights. Stay definitely not worth it.

The hallway had a strong smell, but the room was very nice and clean, the room was very spacious. The hotel is located near the mall and restaurants. I like the hotel for it location convenience and it was in a good safe area. I definitely would stay in the future at this hotel. No pool at the hotel if anyone traveling with kids this might not be the best choice.
