We were pleasantly surprised at the area and how close in proximity the Disney parks were. The hotel itself was nice as well especially for being an older property it is well kept up with.

The check in took about 15 -20 minutes because the desk clerk said the reservation was incomplete, that hotels.com didn't send all of the info to their system. She was able to figure it out, no problem

Room was dirty bathroom dirty floor with hair and dust used bandaid on the froor no extra bedding for the pull out couch. Called room service with No answer & no bedding or pillows. Very poor will not stay here again

Despite the horrible reviews this hotel has,for me and my family was a nice stay. They cleaned the room every day,pool was clean,easy check in and out.everybody just has a different experience i will be returning.
