The staff was over all great! The gals in the lobby store were not friendly or helpful. The rest of the staff we interacted with were great!! Helpful and friendly. The beds here are terrible!

It's OK for family on budget and short stay.
Accommodating staff, maintenance could be better, carpet is easy too old so it's smelly. Can't open window at all, so the room air is constantly stuffy unless you turn on AC or fan, but then you'll get cold instead. If you want fresh air, you must go downstairs. It's feel unhealthy because there's no balance of fresh air/oxygen in the room and comfortable temperature.

I was a little disappointed with our stay here. I guess had higher expectations, we arrived in the evening and was not explained my deposit or billing. Didn’t know I had to pay for parking every night. We had to pay for WiFi, did not have microwave in the room. And come to find out on our way to check out, they had a microwave in the ice machine room. Only worried about it since I have a infant. The rooms were clean and cleaning staff were very kind. We booked for our Disney trip and liked that it was a few miles away.
