Everything on the trip was great. Checking in and out was very simple and convenient. Parking was okay. Very close to Disneyland and Disney Toy Story Parking. Restaurants just down stairs and nearby. Target and other stores across the street. Rooms were in good condition. Decently clean. Only wish the WIFI charges were included with booking of room. Having to purchase wifi usage is a bit Unconditional. Overall, everything was great. Would definitely recommend .

Great Stay

The room was a little dated however it was very spacious. It was clean. Everything worked absolutely no complaints! The hotel staff was very nice and it’s a good location. Overall, it was a great stay and somewhere we would stay again.

Property was standard, nothing exciting. One elevator was broken, the Starbucks inside was temporarily closed. The room was decent.. they could’ve added more seating such as a recliner or what not felt like wasted space in the living room area of the suite. No microwave, that’s in the ice machine room.

Very Reasonable and functional for our Visit

The hotel stay was good, hotel was easy to find, had lots of parking, restaurants very close by. Good views of surrounding cities if you take a moment to search. The price was very reasonable. Some advertised pictures were not of current rooms, but not too bad. Things were clean, staff was very nice. I think the volume of guests that visit may make it hard to keep up with wear and tear of things. Everything in the room worked. Great for families, our room was very spacious. I would like to see a modern make over but thats just me. Try it out, everyone visiting seemed excited to be close to their planned events the had for the day! It worked out for them aswell as us! I could see coming back.

The first room we had 622 had black oil stains all over the carpet, the carpet was very wet by the desk, the room had a strong smell of sweat, the bathroom sink had gurgling sounds. My grandson developed respiratory problems from the room.We did get to move to room 1024 which smelled cleaned just the bathroom door didn’t shut easily. The staff was nice and tried to help. They took off the $100.00 parking charge but nothing else. Last year we never encountered any of these problems so that is why I booked for this year.

Although the check-in was easy and the front agent was very pleasant, I made the reservation for a room with 2 Queen bed plus the sofa bed for 5 adults. However, the room we got only had one King sized bed plus a sofa bed. When I called the front, the agent said all the rooms were sold out and since I booked the room using the third party, there wasn’t anything she could do about it. We then ask for a rollaway bed instead. The rollaway bed was so uncomfortable and left the coil marks on my son’s back and arm. However, the room was clean and the hotel was a pet friendly hotel. For the price that we paid, it was a reasonable place to stay.

Very nice rooms great service with any questions. Pool and hot tub were great heated pool very good working hot tub. Room was clean and in great condition will more than likely be coming back for future Disney land trips.

The property is overall average. The furniture is a little beat up and has chips missing from things like the mirror. In our room, you could hear the service elevator all day and all night. You could also hear the people outside in the pool. Everything was clean. The front desk staff didn't give us any information about breakfast, the pool, or anything else. They had us figure it out for ourselves, or we came and had to ask. Wifi, breakfast, and parking are not included; you have to pay for everything. Nothing special about this stay; I would not come back again.
