We found bed bugs after 30 minutes after sitting on the bed ,
We freaked out and went straight to the front desk, told them what happened and they said all they can do is offer a different room, but at that point we figured all the rooms must have bed bugs , they said it was to difficult to refund the money because expedia is a third party and it difficult to get refunded by expedia , we settled for a different room because we had. O other money to get a different hotel and was forced to stay there and didnt sleep all night, just waking up every 30 minutes checking if we had bugs on us , we were too tired to enjoy Disneyland the next day Christmas eve, messed up our special Christmas vacation. We would truly like to be refunded for both days even if we cant get out vacation back. Room 216 was the original room. But all rooms need to be inspected for bugs .
Nice employee’s property needs upgrades. Bathroom floor was dirty, found a hair in the tub some of the towels were dingy. Because employees were nice will give it another chance perhaps.
We just stayed here for our yearly Disney trip & it’s mine & my boyfriends 3rd time staying here. We absolutely love it and how close it is to the Disneyland resort. This will always be our go to hotel choice! Good neighborhood. Close to restaurants & close to the parks !
The beds were comfortable, but we were frustrated to find so many dead ants all over the tub and shower. There was even a giant spider in the corner of our bathroom taunting us our entire stay with webs hanging down from all over the bathroom ceiling. Where the walls meet the baseboards, the paint was all over the place giving the room a very sloppy aesthetic. The jetted tub was nice, but we don’t think it warrants another stay.
Room was very spacious and for the most part clean except when you look up, a lot of spider webs, so obvious rooms aren’t cleaned like they should be cleaning. But what I did not like was that at 5am house keeping tried getting in our room and made me scared and my husband ran to the door. That could have been all bad. So employees definitely need to pay attention more before just trying to walk in a room at 5am
