Overall experience was on during check in and check out breakfast was delicious however room 1030 AC is broken , window vent is snapped in half and jammed so we couldn't have any ventalation or cold air in room for 4 days straight. Tiles in washroom was all cracked with sharp edges which cut my kids toe . One of 2 elevator was broken whole time which took forever in the morning

Amazing Hotel Close to Disneyland

Great stay! Close proximity to the Park with a shuttle pick up from the ART bus. Nice and quite for a relaxing getaway and spacious and clean rooms. Free breakfast and evening appetizers are included in an overnight stay. Super easy check in and check out. Overall I had an amazing stay, I definitely will be coming back!

Amazing hotel, specially if you're looking to go to disneyland! They include a splendid breakfast, a lyft to disney is approximately $5 to $10. Otherwise the ART buses to disney cost $4 per adult and like $2.50 for kids 2-9. I mentioned lyft becase price wise this was the best and quickest option. Walking distance to the park is about 25 min. Property was well mantained with a fridge. Target is not far, along with other restaurants in the vicinity. Look forward to going back!

Nice stay for a business trip

I stayed at this property for a 2-night business trip in Anaheim, and it was perfectly sufficient. They were still doing construction, so there was no store to buy any conveniences, but they had a nice breakfast buffet and plenty of breakfast seating. The room was very spacious with a living room area and a bedroom as well. Overall it was a nice stay and I wouldn't hesitate staying again.

Upon check in, we were not greeted by anyone at front desk and there were several ladies up front. I stood there for several minutes until they finally looked up and I just walked up. Still was not greeted. Was given a room by an elevator which disrupted my sleep all night as I heard people who had arrived from Disneyland from 10pm-2am. It was awful. I was able to change rooms but only after I lost hours of sleep and put a damper on my vacation plans the following day.

I chose this hotel for the breakfast selection and it was really good and varied. The employees were very helpful and friendly. But on the other hand I couldn't get a good night's sleep because the beds and pillows were uncomfortable and need updating. The shower faucet was very hard to open and once it was opened it kept leaking water all night. Overall it was a good option for one night.
