My stay was not what i expected. The rooms need a lot of work not to mention my son woke up with a lot of bug bites!! The beds were so uncomfortable. The restroom had a nasty smell. The faucet was falling apart. The pool was ok. It was messy, people just dont seem to clean up after themselves. The food wasn't the best and a little overpriced.

Hotel and waterpark were good. But 35 dollars a night for parking and 25 an adult for breakfast made the stay not so great having to go out of the hotel for food everytime was annoying.

Great wolf lodge has an easy quick check-in system. All the employees were helpful and very nice very clean facility clean rows, and the pool area was so much fun with staff members watching and making sure everyone is safe love the employees attitude and how helpful they always are. I will be visiting the great Wolf Lodge very soon again highly recommend it for family fun. !!

Patricia was amazing and expedited our check in! I had a group check in and was concerned there was going to be trouble getting everyone in. Patricia managed this seamlessly and gave us information of all the events and options during our stay. She made such a difference and set the tone to our wonderful stay. Our group was so pleased! We got to the hotel around 11 knowing we could not check in yet but wanted to take our twin girls to the waterpark as it was their birthday and we were celebrating. We’ve had this reservation for months. We were told when we got there that they were shut down for most the day and we’re not open until after 2 PM.They let us check into our rooms which were absolutely filthy. There was trash and stuff all over the floor and in the sink. It was absolutely disgusting.

Great kids hotel. Water is temperate set so its not cold. We came in Nov and the temperate inside water area was warm i thought we were still in summer. Was decorated beautifully of Christmas and santa had visiting hours. But I could of sworn i booked the room with the bunkbeds but was giving a different room with just 2 queen beds. The facility is clean, spacious and options to eat either inside hotel or out. We stayed 2 nights. To the left of great woolf is a super narket with mexican food and across the street you have mcdonalds and other fast are a 5min-10 min walking distance in car 4 min. There is no need to leave the hotel but target is a mile a away or shopping mall ass well to the right 4 min away in car and 15 min walking. Parking is paid seperate..thats the only thing i dont like hotels charging parking even though we are staying there..i get it for those just looking for a parking spot but for guests it should be free. Plus they dont give you some sort of in out pass. I guess thats why you have options inside so you dont have to leave..Anywho kids had fun and be ready to break your wallet 😆

Worst hotel ever. Service absolutely horrible, price gouging through the roof, property old, outdated, run down, dirty and in need of renovation. They have all these loopholes to scam guests. One huge shake down

Cleaner facilities would be ideal. Some pmeasant staff, some unpleasant staff. Didnt appreciate housekeeping banging on door at 9:30 when checkout is 11. I was less than impressed for the price. Money would be bettwr apent at Disneyland, where they make you feel like you matter as a guest. Room was not near as clean as what would have made me feel comfortable and the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
