We never could get any toilet paper in our room , on our 8th night there someone came into our room at 4 am, I let the staff know and they were supposed to get back to me about who it was a didn’t. We used the pool a lot and they wouldn’t unlock the bathroom out there. The outside area had a lot of trash and dog poop. Most of the staff were nice.
I had a comfortable stay but I will say that some towels are stained and there was a used utensil in the corner of the room under furniture that was there when we got there. It’s in a convenient location but it is hard to get out onto the road depending on the time (3pm-7 pm)

The amenities are wonderful. The kitchenette is quite convenient. Large spacious rooms. Area is not terrible.
My only complaint is the hair left in the shower. Other than thay the roomnwas clean. No smell. Nice and new with everytbing you need.
Love the hotel, staffs are very helpful, place is clean, parking is great lighting and the thing I don’t like about it, is the save water shower-head because only little water coming out from the shower-head. Please fix the shower-head so I can take a good shower.
This is my second time staying at this hotel and both times it has been a pleasant experience since I frequent Orange County several times a year. On this trip, Johnny who was at the front counter provided excellent customer service to me during my stay!!! I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Orange County.
We got in late and left early, but the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. There were a lot of rowdy kids in the breakfast area, running around. I was afraid of falling over one or more of them. Maybe someone should monitor the guests’ children?
Let's start with no hot water. Imagine spending the day out and looking forward to a hot shower to wash off the day and the water is ice cold. And you of course try again in the morning and it is again, ice cold. The front desk has apologies but no solutions. My daughter took a cold shower and the shower door was misaligned. We were afraid we would need maintenance to free her. Then the smoke alarm went off in the midnight hour. Everyone evacuated. After a few minutes we all went back in since the alarm finally stopped and thete were no fire trucks around. No word from the staff, crickets. The walls are paper thin. I heard my neighbors' toilet flushing, doors closing and of course sexy time. At least it was clean and the staff were very pleasant.

All the receptionists were friendly and the room size was comfortable. Room cleaning service posted in bathroom says every other day but upon check in, receptionist said every third day. We stayed for a week and they cleaned it once. We had to ask for service on the 4th day and for toilet paper/towels at receptionist desk. Free breakfast was the same every day and just ok. We end up going out to eat instead. Parking was always available. However, going in and out the hotel was not convenient. It’s a busy street near the highway and you can only turn right leaving the hotel. Thus, when returning to the hotel we had to u-turn every time.
Very nice hotel. Good breakfast. They charge you $20 for parking per night. Never understood why. It’s a normal parking that goes around the property, not a parking with roof, no security guards. The second night they didn’t have enough parking spots for the people that were staying there so, few people end up parking in front of the entrance. Other than that I don’t have any other complaints. Jessica at front desk was super nice the entire time.
